Please read original review and "tips" section. Branch Manager and his higher up (Tiffanie Locket) have done nothing about my complaint except bully me and cause me more grief. Between her, him and his district manager brother Carlos, they have abused their powers and thwarted every effort for me to speak with someone higher. Not wanting to even view my video of Ricardo's behavior, I was sent a letter saying my account would be closed in May... or even sooner if I visit the branch and "cause a disturbance." Per them, I am banned from EVERY branch, they would Call enforcement and "take further action." Again, see a copy of letter in "tips" or find me on Facebook Veronica Tomas.
After receiving the letter 04/09/2015, my son and I went back to branch with our protest signs.. since they bully and cover up instead of handling original complaint. Of course, Ricardo Branch Manager notified the El Monte Police who AGAIN kindly tried to resolve between them and their city's community activists to no avail. Ricardo handed them a copy of the horrible, retaliatory letter. Per the PD, what we are doing is not a "disturbance" but rather free speech and our right to protest., and they informed Ricardo of such. Due to our activism and media regarding changes we have made, EMPD aware of us and that we are no "threat." I appreciate El Monte PD caring enough to try and help their dedicated residents resolve since day one.
I have called various numbers daily. Every effort to contact someone higher (I would like to speak with Regional President David DiCristofaro). Every effort thwarted, and now referred to "security team" with severe threats and harassment as my "only pour of contact." This man, Matt Telles, has mocked me for crying, threatens charges for "filming inside bank".. threatens with trespassing, admits to trolling my Facebook, yells, interrupts, hangs up.. has vowed "severe repercussions" if video released of his employees behavior, or if ends up in media.
These three are people who abuse their power and status as managers and district managers to mistreat customers and retaliate and bully if one complains. Worst gang of thugs I've dealt with... and THEY'RE supposed to be representing their company and taking care of their customers. Shame on Tiffany, Ricardo, his district manager brother,and Ms Wallia, and the abusive security Matt.
Complete retaliation for daring to speak up, yet no address of the original problem. ! Threaten customer who speaks up and stands outside with sign in a desperate plea to be heard and have problem resolved.
Tiffany did not care to see video of branch manager's behavior. How do you make a determination without seeing evidence? Ms Wallia called asking to see videos, but says she stands by threat letter. Wait a minute... you want to "resolve a complaint" but threaten and harass customer??? She says its so they can see if they should "reinstate my account." I opened a bank account elsewhere! Who needs this abuse! Matt even said that he is looking into why I took video... saying perhaps I was canvassing for a robbery! NOTE: Some of these people have called from their own cell phones instead of bank phone so not recorded!
I will continue to try and reach someone and take efforts on my part to ensure that no one else has to deal with thiis mistreatment and subsequent retaliation and threats. Reporting to every state and federal agency.
Being a community activist, I am concerned. When I have stood outside with my sign, I've had others come tell me their horror stories of abuse and mistreatment. Don't appreciate our community members being bullied and harassed by a business in my city.

Very sad and disappointed over the lengths they seem to go to in order to cause a customer grief and protect their friends. read more
