Today I received assistance from Kaitlyn Pacheco with First Resource Bank. She helped me figure out a messy and confusing issue I was having. Wow! What a gem she is! She is the epitome of an employee with fabulous customer service skills. When I got off the phone with Kaitlyn I felt pleased she solved my problem and I wasn't grumpy like when I am after dealing with a certain huge Philadelphia health care company. I've been banking with Linkbank for several years now. They are a local bank with multiple…read morebranches, friendly tellers who will answer your questions and they have online banking. The online banking in particular is useful. However, their app needs updating every other week. If it isn't updated, you keep getting glitches. The online banking feature will not work with many browsers and even then, it will never, ever, ever work with Google Chrome unless you have the latest version at full update. Also, while not a big issue, when I started banking here the basic account, I believe, was free of any monthly charges. But recently was switched over to a 10$/month fee if less than 100$. Not the worst thing in the world but worth mentioning.
