This branch of TD Bank in Exton, PA has terrible customer service, the worst by Teresa. She is rude to and dismissive of customers. It's like she hates her job and wants everyone else to suffer with her. I have been a TD customer for over a decade and, for the past year, have been coming into the branch monthly to do some transactions for my work. I just closed all my accounts with TD Bank after Teresa refused me service while I was trying to do my same monthly business. Only plan on choosing this bank if you plan to keep another bank that you can depend on.i went to pay Safelite Auto Glass 402$ for a window replacement Friday afternoon at 230pm and my debit card was declined even though I had 4500.00 dollars in that account.i tried calling and was on hold one hour and 27 minutes.and never got thru! This is not the 1st,2nd,3rd or fourth time that this has happened.last time it was due to suspicious activity!!! I paid my cellphone bill! Like I do every F ing month.the time before I had purchased from wish,a site that my wife and myself shop from constantly. Commerce bank used to have outstanding customer service. Everything has headed downhill since the changeover to TD Bank. Theoretically, accounts are accessible over the internet. I have not been able to log on in weeks. The system logs me off for inactivity before I finish logging on! To send in a secure email to complain, I have to be logged on! Tried using mobile app to send a complaint several times, but get no response. read more

Bring back commerce bank, TD Bank is full of fees and never ending hassle. They are raising their back end ATM fees to $3 each which is ridiculous. I will be dropping them for a local credit union (Citadel) soon. read more

She did not return my phone call regarding my account and did not return the fees to my account as she promised. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this is a different case. I have been banking with TD Bank for over 5 years - almost always at the same EXTON, PA branch. I have five accounts and visit multiple times a week. The inability for the branch to keep the same employee for any extended period of time is a joke. The lack of customer service and rude demeanor of the manager and multiple employees is also shocking. Is it really that hard to remember that I have an account here? Must you ask every time!!!!! I made an account strictly to review this bank and I'm let down there's no 0 star option. The teller seemed very helpful although the branch manager refused to waive a fee for cashing a check. I worked for TD for years and didn't have an account with them for the final 3 years of employment due to their money grubbing attitude and this exemplifies why I left this trash pile of a company. I hope that the abrasive branch manager gets what's coming to her for screwing hard working people when I know full well fees can be waived (I waived every few TD had for more than a year as I ended my work with them so I know that when she said "we can't waive fees" that it was a straight up lie). There's more than one good reason I'll never bank with TD ever again but this solidifies my beliefs. Stay away, stay far far away. read more
