We were repeatedly lied to when we tried to set up the account for on-line banking We were told everything was set and when we tried to log on we were unable to. It took three tries of going to this bank in person, and finally refusing to leave until we had all of the login information in hand to be successful. There are no Saturday hours, even for the drive-through, the annuities officer was clueless, and even a process as simple as ordering checks was not done correctly. As soon as possible all of the accounts at this bank will be closed. I suggest you avoid this bank if at all possible.

I had a checking account with them and had issues not on my end relating to it. At one point, you walked into the main branch in Macon, and if it was casaul Friday you saw these bankers who generally wouldn't give you the time of day strutting around in jeans. Quite amusing. When I started checking around on fees, services and politeness, I ditched them and never looked back. You know, if you go in there and it's a problem with the checking account that wasn't your fault, have to wait 30 minutes for an employee high enough to help you who was promoted on hangover Monday, it's time to go. I went a couple of blocks down the road to another bank with my money and investments. The bank I went to was smart. They had a sign posted around Halloween stating ?do not wear masks into bank." Smart, but they failed like a lot of other banks because of the price of executive dress shirts, I guess. That's a good a reason as any.

I have been with B.O.A. for since 2013 but am changing to a BANK that has Local Branches that can answer questions and answer for their mistakes. These large MONOPOLIES are so large and have so many employees each department is in another STATE. One because they are one of the few banks that offers 5% down . Additionally, I was under the impression that the builder and Capital Bank have a functional business relationship. After the first incident of no response, I kindly let him know what my expectations were and how important it is to follow up with clients. Considering my Husband and I are small business owners. However Mr. Novotny continued to be lacking and distracted. No client willing to spend their hard earned money on a home should feel like the big pot on the back burner.
