It took three tries of going to this bank in person, and finally refusing to leave until we had all of the login information in hand to be successful. There are no Saturday hours, even for the drive-through, the annuities officer was clueless, and even a process as simple as ordering checks was not done correctly. As soon as possible all of the accounts at this bank will be closed. I suggest you avoid this bank if at all possible.

When I started checking around on fees, services and politeness, I ditched them and never looked back. You know, if you go in there and it's a problem with the checking account that wasn't your fault, have to wait 30 minutes for an employee high enough to help you who was promoted on hangover Monday, it's time to go. I went a couple of blocks down the road to another bank with my money and investments. The bank I went to was smart. They had a sign posted around Halloween stating ?do not wear masks into bank."
