No envelopes are required for any deposits; you can insert a stack of checks or a stack of cash, and the friendly robot counts it for you. Hooray! The only confusing thing about this location is the fact that there are multiple entrances and what resembles a moat around the entire place. Use the second entrance if you want to use the ATM or drive-thru banking.

The tellers and personal bankers are always so kind, so respectful and so helpful. One of my favorite aspects of First Citizens is that they don't spend their money on technology inside their banks. You won't find any big screen tv's streaming their own commercials in foreign languages, you won't find any atm machines inside their lobbies making loud irritating beeping noises as you try to handle your banking and they don't have long lines because they staff their branches with enough humans to actually get your banking needs met in a timely manner. First Citizens also still offers multiple drive through lanes instead of drive up atm machines. I don't always feel well; sometimes I really don't want to get out of the car and walk inside, so having multiple drive through lanes open really makes a huge difference for me. I also never hear terrible things about First Citizens in the news or in my local newspaper. First Citizens doesn't try to sponsor everything under the sun either (like the big banks do), they choose to focus solely on banking which is exactly what I want from my bank. Whilst the local staff are very nice, and quite professional, if you run into problems in using the VISA card, they will need to be handled by the North Carolina HQ. They are incredibly incompetent. I even contacted the CEO who is also a member of the family that owns the bank. He did not even show me the courtesy of an email response. Instead he simply denied the dispute with Google, without providing a reason. I would give this bank a wide berth. Even if a bank is family owned, the CEO should not be a member of said family. #FirstCitizensBank

Set up - inside is immaculate and comfortable. Set up inside is extremely modern and comfortable. These are how they are building these branches now. ATM Machines are modern and spit out bills of various denominations. Plenty of parking - Easy in and out. Great location for those living in this area. I enjoy visiting this branch because everyone is so kind and helpful to me. I'm always greeted by staff. Banking staff make it a point to get to know clients.
