I try an avoid this bank if I can use the chase bank at the Atrium or the Chase at Walgreen. I like Chase's online system better than any other bank's, which is useful when transferring money or searching for transactions. The brink and mortar locations just can't keep up.

I see all the staff have this kind of rapport with their customers. These guys really set the bar high with their kindness, knowledge and willingness to help. As another user wrote, they wanted to charge them for the checks to be reprinted. This company doesn't want to make good on their errors.
