Manager Amira is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She called her teller Baby when she handed her…read morepapers, as in, "Thank you honey baby." A wire did not show up in our business account. I provided her the trace ID numbers and she told me to get out of her office and wait outside. She is busy and she will call me when she's ready for me. After a long while she came to me and stated the wire does not exist. I showed her confirmation from my customer and asked her to trace it down somehow and she talked to me slowly and obnoxiously like a child. Told me she already gave me the answer to my question and I should get out of her bank. Unacceptable!!

I've lived in the area for over 10 years and I find by far the Bradley Beach branch to be the most helpful employees of any bank I've been to. I had a problem at TD bank. Closed those accounts and put that money into my Chase accounts. They're outstanding. If it's at all possible because of the volume of people using the atm, would you consider putting a second atm in. Thank you Chase!!

The clerk examined it like a detective and finally asked another one if they can read date. I said its ridicules and she defended that it can't be read which I replied "you just read and cleared it". She rudely answered it was hard to read. Long branch everyone is a VIP. I recommend another bank In bradley or go to chase n ling branch. I usually go through Long branch which is a pleasure.
