A line about 20 people and only 3 tellers on a Friday? Come on! You would think they would have more tellers available

Secure money withdraw. I didn't have my debit card as o have frozen all of them. I have been skimmed too many times. I will not use debit anywhere now. They have you show your ID , provide other secure info and send codes. Long lines and I could see staff were annoyed I didn't have my card on my phone. Another thing I won't do. No.. I'm not putting my credit, debit cards and etc on my phone. Overall ok experience but expect long lines. I went at 9am and saw no bankers at their desks like back in the day. 30 employees always just hanging around not helping anybody. Always only 1 teller for every 30 customers in line. Very frustrating.

Dumpster fire. The security guard is more competent than the staff. Sad. I can't begin to describe the sheer run around these people put me through just to add an additional checking account. Save to say that they made it as hard as it possibly could be. They communicate like English is their second language and stopped studying in 3rd grade. They just repeat the same 2-3 word phrases at you and look at you blankly. Basic business owner stuff here guys. The guy that was supposed to have an appointment with me kept trying to push me off to his coworker. He said he had a 9am appt and his 10 am was open. But he couldn't book me for 10 because he had "something to do". Then he said he couldn't get anything done with me in an hour. AN HOUR. Dude what takes an HOUR about opening an additional checking account?? Hahaha. Pathetic dude. Where are you hiring the derelicts, Wells Fargo? People need jobs badly right now. This is one of the busiest Wells Fargo Banks in our area. They keep a full staff to serve everyone from 9-6 on weekdays. They are even open on SUNDAYS from 10a to 3p! Which bank does that?! They also have a total of 4 ATMs (3 shown on the picture and 1 more located closer to the entrance). In addition they have a Home Mortgage office located next to them. Sat and Sun are the busiest. Best days to visit are Tues to Thur. Or arrive after 2pm on other days. read more

When into this branch to close out my savings since it was gathering more dust then pennies. I was seated with a very beautiful banker -Monique Bangi. She's is just plain gorgeous. Best part about her is she has a great friendly and welcoming personality. I told her what brought me into her branch and as I was talking to her she starting giving me other options that the bank offers. Over 25 min of great information, I ended up staying with Wells Fargo due to the great experience I recieved on my visit. P.s or maybe because I fell in love that day. read more

Went in to cash a large check drawn from WF. I do not bank with them and expected delays. To make it worse, My name was spelled incorrectly. I was greeted and was pointed to a huge line. I stuck it out and it went fast because all of the teller booths were being used, which is a rarity these days. My teller's name was Peter, and he was professional, polite, and a nice guy. Needless to say, the transaction was smooth and I was out the door in minutes. I was also asked throughout my visit if everything was going okay and if my needs were being met. Due to Covid, I completely understand social distancing. Security guard was not hospitable, as waiting outside. Upon his prompt of stop with his hand, and a clasp of his hands to proceed inside. I stand over the tape for 6 feet, as the line inside has roughly 12 patrons in front of me. As I proceed foward, the man went out of his way from the entrance to my side view to point to me step on the tape. Twice. Upon my banker, her name has been reviewed here. I was cashing a small check and asked for a roll of quarters, and banker mistaked amount for 5 dollars? I had to double check, 10 dollars yes!? I should of asked for receipt/ double checked check amount. I feel I was shorted 5 dollars "/. To the guard, perhaps a warm greeting and a friendly reminder prior to directing your patrons like a parent does to child when scolded, experiences at this branch would be much more pleasant. To the banker, this was my first time requesting a roll of quarters in which I hope I was not shorted in my funds. read more

Going into the bank is suppose to an easy process and not a delay in business. I needed to do a money wire, but for some reason Wells Fargo has a deadline of 2:30 pm to wire and no exceptions, per manager on duty. The teller, Sandra as assured me it would be transferred 1st thing in morning, which was by bankers hours 9:00. Well of course it was NOT done in a timely manner and I am still waiting for action. Worst bank ever! I had called ahead to notify them that I was withdrawing a large cash sum from my account. When I arrived the teller very rudely refused to give me MY MONEY and treated me as if I were going to rob her. I had plenty if funds in my account but refused my withdrawal. I have never had a problem withdrawing money from any other branch. The manager was no help either!!! Why would they give me the ok over the phone and quote sone BS policy about not distributing large sums. I was so close to closing out my account which had more than the amount I was withdrawing. I had to drive to the Rose location who were much nicer and were able to assist me with my withdrawal and most importantly they never misquoted a federal law requirement as an excuse in order to prevent me from getting my money!!! read more

Worst bank, they try not to help. Lost a debit card, just bc of the last name that didn't match and bc there was no proof of certificate, they didn't wanna give help. Even though had all the cards with that last name, didn't bother do verify nothing. Best service ever, me and my wife went in las week and Ana Castellanos took the time to answer all of our questions with profecionalism and dedication, me and my wife agreed that on the past 12 years banking with Wells Fargo not one had ever made us feel so good about banking, not even managers. I have my own business and will love to have someone like her running it. Wells Fargo needs to continue to hire mature people like her. OK so I went in there on a Saturday and first thing I thought was Damn I must be in PURGATORY cause the lines were long and so were the faces of the misfortunate individuals who awaited their doom. Then I was like...wait I ain't did nothing it's just a bad day dream. Anyways, I had no choice but to wait upon the inconvenience of the ambiance so I entertained myself with slights against the fluffed-up workers who were doing really bad at trying to act like they liked their jobs, and the people who crowed up their periphery. Then I got to the counter and luckily there was plated glass between me and the teller who said IT WAS GOING TO BE $15 JUST TO CASH MY CHECKS! Man Wells Fargo gots to step up their game cause my checks said Wells Fargo. I would have had a better attitude but I was not expecting to get bent over at the bank. Either way the workers tried REALLY hard to be nice so I give them 4 stars, I would have totally lost it and just told everyone to sit on it. read more

Terrible customer service from one of the bankers Jannet Amezcua. This was the first time I decided to go to the Oxnard location I usually go to the Camarillo branch. I had a terrible experience I had an issue with my account on a misinterpretation on my overdraft fees and they recommended that my problem couldn't be done on the phone it should be done at their Wells Fargo I personally think they say that so they can get commission. I honestly wish I talked to another banker she was giving me attitude for no reason and making threats to me on my bank fees already making an assumption I was not going to pay something they charged me. You can tell in the tone of her voice as I was trying to ask for help on fees on my account and yes I was calm the whole time. I thought it would be a good idea fixing a problem I had with my account with a banker. Clearly I was wrong and luckily I was better off speaking to a representative on the Customer 24 hour service line and they were able to help me and got the problem with my account fixed. If you do visit this branch everyone else is very friendly just not the banker I dealt with. I was so shocked by how bad the bankers attitude I even called the bank and she picked up the phone and she hung up on me.
