I had already opted out of electronic notification. So I withdrew all my money which they did pay and told them I wanted to close my 2 accounts there. They refused to close my accounts and kept charging me $25 per month. I then went to customer service number. After waiting 25 minutes I hung up. I then tried to make an appointment with a banker at the branch. The website started the process and then said "sorry, we can't complete your request at this time..." So I filed a complaint with the State of California Department of Financial Protection. I hope BofA gets fined and their licenses pulled. They are a predatory fraud.

Unfortunately, I am shocked and extremely disappointed by how they have handled a serious issue that is now damaging his personal credit. His mortgage is directly with Premier America Credit Union--not with a third-party company. After he spoke with the credit union, they acknowledged that there had been a problem with their online system and told him they would work with the department handling his mortgage to resolve the issue. However, nothing has been corrected, and the late payment is still negatively affecting his credit report. He called Premier America again because the issue remained unresolved, but they refused to take meaningful action. They would not even transfer him to a manager or someone with the authority to properly address the situation. Their lack of concern, accountability, and customer service has been terrible. The issue was caused in part by a confusing and unreliable online banking system that did not clearly show that his mortgage payment was past due. Premier America acknowledged that there was a system problem, yet they are still unwilling to help correct the damage it caused. I am truly shocked that a longtime customer could be treated this way. This is affecting my husband's personal credit, and the credit union does not seem concerned about the consequences. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Premier America Credit Union. Their online system is misleading, their communication is poor, and their customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Staff was friendly enough. Miss the days when they offered coffee and cookies but I heard the health dept cracked down on them.

I rarely have to go inside a branch to conduct banking business because my paycheck is direct…read moredeposited into my account and practically gone in mere moments to go to bills. Gone are the days of feeling hold hard cash in your hands, but mostly you simply wait for your money to magically be taken electronically. On the rare occasion I do need cold hard cash, I usually grab a quick $20 out of one of the 2 walk-up ATMs or go thru the drive-thru ATM. What's cool is that some Wells Fargo have ATMS where you can request your money in small denominations like ones or fives if you need it, but frustratingly, this branch doesn't have ATMs like that. So if I do need small bills, I have to make the trek inside the branch. The staff is always friendly here, but every time I've gone here in the past year - no matter what time - there's a line almost practically to the door. There never seems to be more than two or three tellers - and of course one of the tellers always seems to be occupied with a customer who has an exceptionally challenging case, so it's more like you're down to one teller. I saw one lady, waiting in line, throw her hands up, loudly say, "this is a joke" and walk out. All I can say is if you need to walk into the branch, be prepared for waiting in line awhile to be seen. Bring your phone and maybe play some candy crush while waiting in line. Or maybe you want to leisurely drink your coffee. And try your hardest to be patient.

The drive-thru ATM constantly has problems, and now both walk-up ATMs are out of service. To make matters worse, the doors to access the indoor ATMs are locked, leaving customers with a total of five ATMs but only one working--the outside machine. Unfortunately, I don't even feel comfortable using the outdoor ATM. The last time I did, my car got stuck trying to get in and out because of the busy location on Rose Avenue. It's unbelievable that something as basic as ATM access is such a recurring issue. The problems don't stop there. Customer service inside the branch has been disappointing as well. Between the lack of functioning ATMs and the poor service, I'm seriously considering switching banks. This location has been nothing but frustrating and is far below what I would expect from Chase.
