I've banked with Well's Fargo for years, this location is new to me as I recently moved. It's different than my last local branch, this one has the security glass and such that definitely makes you feel less safe raising your awareness that robbery is a higher risk in this area. But the staff is friendly. COVID has them understaffed and you need to make an appointment with a banker to get stuff done. But over all a good experience. read more

Thank goodness for drive- thru ATMs, too bad the screens aren't anti-glare and there's usually a person waiting at one begging for money- it's unfortunate. Other than that, this location is convenient and has tons of parking! read more

I moved to Arizona about a year and a half ago and decided to give this bank a shot. However, I was urged to move over to chase because of better services. I decided to stick with this bank because of the warm greeting you get and the excellent service and professional appearances they upkeep. Today though, I went in with my friend to help her order checks because she is new to everything. After receiving a welcome and going to the front clerk, they advised us to see a personal banker for my friends request. The personal bankers name was Brianna Vasquez and at first, she was nice and professional. I tried to make small talk and thats where the problem occurred. She completely aired me out as if she was super busy when the place was empty. I dont know if shes just a rude person or does not know what customer service means. Tldr: avoid Brianna if you are the outgoing type and have someone else help you. read more

Every time I'm in this branch, I'm treated with respect and a friendly smile. In particular, Jorge Salgado, a personal banker, is just the best. We stopped to use the curb side ATM. It was simply a disgusting experience. There are 4 or 5 drive up teller stalls, all had more then 4 cars in each lane. After 20 minutes dealing with the ATM all where still sitting waiting for service. That should of been a clue to move one...I just wanted to deposit a check that my wife reminded me was in my wallet, for 3 weeks. We are comfortable in life, thus money is not an issue for us, being retired. We don't reside in Phx or that section of Phx, was not familiar with that neighborhood. The ATM was grossly filthy, someone threw something nasty all over the front face of it; 3/4 of the ATM was gross. Had to use a tissue to punch buttons. Machine was acting up, not working properly, not to mention that it must be a new format for ATM banking, as it was new to me. Finale I am able to get to the deposit prompt, that did not want to work. Cancel button did not want to work, had issue getting my card back. 25 minutes later, I pull up to front of bank. Parking lot was dirty also, garbage all over. ATM in front, just as dirty & nasty. Deposit prompt not available, again. Went in to bank to do deposit & inform someone that ATM's are not working etc. Bank is full (10 ppl in line, only 2 tellers.....both chatting away with customers & working in slow motion), waited for greeter. She was flirting with customer, he informed her he needed to go, 3 times, yet she was all over this guy. Mean while, women comes in after me, man finale walks away with a disgusted look on his face looks at the line & leaves bank. Greeter sees me there waiting yet she helps the lady that was next. OK, seems she don't like older dark featured Caucasian men, nothing new to me, don't judge a book by it's cover....I'm a customer for over 40 years, with 2 PMA accounts. I just want to bank not book travel reservations, or make a date. She helps the young lady first. My turn comes and she has this scowl on her face like I smell like poo.... Smilingly & in a very nice manner, I then inform her that ATM's are not working and are filthy in appearance. Can she please pass that info on to someone.....She immediately starts screaming (in a very loud voice, everyone in bank is looking at me), to give her her space, that the ATM's are a vendor issue and for me to tell/call them. I'm taken aback by her comments. I don't bank with the vendor of the ATM machines, I bank with Wells Fargo, it's their job to see that they are maintained in a decent order. I tell her, I'm just being a nice guy, the lady she just helped agrees with me telling her to chill out. Greeter is freaking out even more at this point. I ask for manager where at that point greeter asked me to leave or she will call the police to have me arrested!!!! Turns out that part of Phoenix is run down and problematic. Not my fault, just passing through & thought we could do banking on the quick. Avoid this branch like the plague! Long lines, & a VERY rude greeter, not to mention the bank was filthy on the inside as well. Guess they don't like to have janitorial services to make it look professional for the customers that bank there. Customer service is NOT on the list of things this bank does. I normally don't have complaints especially on Wells Fargo because in the 10 years of being a customer the service has been great. Unfortunately, this branch really sucks! I would def NOT recommend it because some of the employees (Omar) and branch manager (I believe his name is Armando) don't serve with good customer service, take way too long to help, are never available because they're "talking to a client", and expect you to do the work for them. Here is my issue, I made a deposit of a check in a ATM almost 2 weeks ago and the bank put a hold. I have been to the branch and tried to get help from Omar, he said he would get back to me and contact the people that needed to be contacted on the other end. About 3 days go by and I get no phone call. I had to drive from work in traffic to go and find him because he is always "Speaking with a client". These people don't answer their stupid phones, it makes me really upset that they don't do what they say they're going to do. After meeting with him again, he asked me to contact the department that released the check to me. Usually bankers take care of the issue for the client, bankers usually don't ask the client to be making phone calls and emails to the other party. The other party has asked if I can give them the banker's contact because they need to speak them directly, and the bankers don't answer the phone. I had to keep going to their branch about 5 times, and spoke to "Armando" the branch manager and was very rude. I tried being nice and shared with them that it is the only check I have for now, and my little daughters birthday was coming up. These people don't give a flying sh*t, they're so rude, lazy, and expect the client to do all the work. I have done everything in my power to get my check cashed and I still have not been paid. I am really upset at these people, they need better training or need to find another job because they are not fit for the work. I have worked as a teller and customer service for over 10 years. Take your business somewhere else these people suck balls. read more
