The bank VP stated to my wife and me that there were no other requirements since we had received a "special deal "mailer from the bank. When it came time to pay us the $200 the banks VP said. "OH NO WE CANT PAY YOU THE PROMOTIONAL FEE OF $200, because you didnt fulfill the requirements ". HUH????? The M&T BANK SCAMMED US. Sure he'll try to sell you on upgrading credit cards to try and make a sale, but hes only helping you out and trying to get you a better card than what you already have. Even though its tough hearing through a mask and through the plexiglass he explains everything and makes sure youre getting the best deal. Saturday hours open till 2. Good for customers but feel bad for the employees. Hope they get some good compensation for working later than other banks on Saturdays

My wife and I are buying house in Florida and we are paying cash. We went to this branch to wire funds to our escrow agent for closing. The branch manager refused to wire the funds since she did t know us. My wife and I were both present with multiple forms or government IDs, pin codes and we even showed them Our balances from our mobile apps. There was 100 ways they could have verified us! Despite this she refused to do a simple secured domestic wire transfer. She told us to do it online. We tried that but there is a 25,000 daily limit. When we asked her why she couldn't do it she just said she could not help us. Do yourself a favor use I differs branch or better yet a different banking chain. We have 4 accounts with Chase, the second we get back to Florida we plan to close them all. We drove a few miles and walked into another Chase branch and that bank did the transfer in 5 minuets no question asked. One bad branch manager is all it takes to make a great customer leave!!

Two different people in the same location told me that they had that savings account option and then when I actually try to do it, I was told oops we made a mistake... Really a Bank makes a mistake. Oh no that's why I took all my money out of Kearny and I don't care now if they have 10% interest, I'd never put it back again... They really need to up there staff education on their own products... Not to mention that their online banking is very antiquated... They only got it a few years ago I think for years they didn't have any online access when everybody else has been online for a few decades

There's a much higher level of personalization in the services provided here. The operating hours may not be as great as TDbank but the level of service is worth coming here.
