My card and account were constantly being frozen and I had to call to have it unfrozen. When I did call in I was given very poor customer service and going to the building felt like I was being sent to the principal's office. Everyone that worked there was unpleasant, condescending, and rude in both their speech and demeanor. It wasn't always like this and because of how bad my experience has been lately, I went to the main building today and closed out my accounts.

Tried making a simple withdraw from my business checking (I'm a 10+ year business customer with millions of dollars of transactions through this bank) at the drive-thru Friday, Feb 21, and it took almost 15 minutes of fumbling from the woman at the window to get my cash. With a big smile, I managed to ask "why did this transaction take so long?" and she mumbled..."uh, cuz your debit card expired" (it did not, it's still valid. She can't read.) I then pointed out that my debit card has nothing to do with a cash withdraw from my business account for which I had filled out a slip. Then she said "uh, cuz it was a large sum of money and my manager had to override it". Really? $2000 on a FRIDAY, from a BUSINESS account is a "large sum"? (The window limit is $5K by the way) Absolute nonsense, and unfortunately, this is becoming a hiring trend I'm seeing from TD Bank across several branch locations. I applaud people who learn English as a second language, and master it. But if you struggle so badly to speak that everyone has to ask you to repeat yourself constantly, you're not ready to serve the public yet. Simple as that. It also helps if you understand numbers, and which month we happen to be in currently. I'm considering moving to another bank. I think the $3billion money-laundering suit TD Bank went through recently has damaged them from an operations perspective as well. It's sad because I used to love this bank.

Who makes customers wait that long these days for a stolen or lost card? I had my wallet stolen and I got all my credit cards within 2 business days of reporting it except these nitwits. Then, when I decided to go get the card in person after waiting a few days painfully, they said the system was down and couldn't activate the new card I received at the branch! Hours later, I call them and the system is still down. Are you kidding me? A Bank, or CU Down for more than a few minutes? I told them if I didn't have it up by end of day I'd escalate. This is my escalation. Maybe one day they will learn to get it right!

Bank of America in Willow Grove, or technically Horsham, always has excellent customer service…read more Each interaction with all staff members has always been pleasant. A staff member who I believe is the manager ( mid-aged bald guy) always greets customers with a smile upon entry. I met with another staff member to open my first credit card and he was extremely helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. It might have started with a D and I think he may have been Asian? Their drive thru ATM is very convenient. I almost never go inside. The ATM occasionally will be out of order but not too frequent. The website is easy to navigate and comes with a lot of neat features like the track your spending tools. The website and app also make transferring money quick and easy. My only complaints are the annual/ monthly bank fees. Many other banks either have cheaper fees, or none at all.
