This bank is crowded with long lines at the tellers with typically only a couple of tellers working. Totally frustrating. Customer service is poor. Cannot call their local number and speak to anyone because I'm on perpetual hold until the automated hold message finally states that no banker can take my call and that I need to make an appointment. I have four (4) accounts with Wells Fargo, and I have been with WF many years and the customer service is, in my opinion, extremely poor at this Tustin, CA location. read more

Slow is right. There're only two tellers during lunch and at least ten people waiting in line. The tellers like to chit chat, which makes a 10 mins wait become 30 mins. Who ever is managing the lines here needs to bring out more tellers to help or tell their tellers to stop chit chatting. It's not social hour. read more

Horrible customer service and account management. I made an appointment and came on September 8. 2023 to speak with Simon in order to update my account information. Today (1/17/24) Wells Fargo closed my account because they claim I didn't update my information and they do not have my physical address. Here's the funny part...I pay my home mortgage, which is my physical address, to Wells Fargo! My physical address is printed on my statement every month. I called their customer service number today and was told the same thing. Nothing was corrected over the phone. I was told to go to the branch. At the branch, as you can see in my video, I was told to wait to speak with someone because they were very busy. No one was in line. I waited almost an hour to get service. The rest of this is a stressful unnecessary mess created by Wells Fargo. I am going to make sure this account stays closed and I take my business and money to my credit union bank. There's nothing wrong with the banking side of things, but they need better management. At lunch time, when everyone is using their lunchtime to run errands, e.g. to to the bank, they put tellers on THEIR lunch break so there's only 2 tellers with a long line and both tellers are moving as super slow. I think they need to stagger lunchtimes to meet the busy times. read more

This branch got the most amazing banker team that I've ever seen! They are so helpful with warm welcoming, my mother is thirsty and they offer cold water for her, get us seated and very quick in getting a banker to help us. They are not like other banks where they talk a lot and want you to have different accounts, I think after the scandal last year that Wells Fargo had, bankers and tellers are just focusing on helping customer, and that makes me love this branch more than anything! I still remember when tellers and customer service reps got pressured to ask customers to open up accounts we didn't need. They'd start acting friendly and then BAM...the hard sales pitch. My friends and I would say, "I had to go to Wells FART-go". They really did stink. Well, MAYBE things have changed for the better. Today, i needed a copy of a check from two months ago. The customer service rep who helped me (Christina, I think) did a great job. She had to call the corporate Image Services department, have it emailed to her, then she would have to print it. So she gave me what I needed, but viola...there was no sales pitch, just some info I didn't know....Like, I can only withdraw money from my savings account from an ATM machine 6 times in a month. I never knew that. And during December, I bought new tires, got some other work done on my car, got a new car battery, and it was Christmas. So, I was going to the local ATM machines often the last 30 days. But she also said that if I went to a branch, there is no such limit. Who knew? Anyway, I walked out of the bank a little wiser. Not only that, she handed me with a cute little Wells Fargo pony doll. My niece will love it since she loves horses. So,. FARTgo no more this time. Closest Wells Fargo to my house, I don't come here often but when I do I get great service. They have quite a few outside ATMs as well as the option to drive through which is great but a bit tough for short people like me. Not trying to be picky though :-) Step inside and immediately get a friendly hello. Everyone here is so accommodating and very efficient. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alessandra the Assistant Branch Manager and she was nothing short of excellent. She assisted me in getting some documents generated and making sure that all the dates and all stipulations were correct before having me sign. She was very meticulous... Which is a must if you are dealing with someone else's money. Everything was a breeze and I went out of there feeling accomplished. The only gripe I have about this place is the parking. It is a very small lot and a bit inconvenient if it is busy. I try to go here during the weekend or if you must during the week I suggest before or after the lunch hour. Solid 4 stars. read more

Well, the lines are always long.. it's so close to where I live I drop by here a lot regardless. One day their systems were down but I decided to deposit a check anyways. Well, it got lost. And it took three weeks for them to find it and clear it. It was a bit of a mess and I felt like I was being bounced around a lot. And basically if I didn't bother them about it every week and wait for a hour each time they would never have found it. They were nice to me and it was a honest mistake, I'm not upset about it, it was just something I felt was annoying all the way through. Moral of the story, don't deposit checks when the systems are down. Plus side, they always open the door and greet you and offer you water when you wait. Despite having very competent and friendly bank tellers, I would not recommend this bank due to the bank manager herself, Christina Carerra. Every encounter I've had with her has been a bad experience; she is rude and condescending, providing unprofessional customer service. In addition to being unprofessional, she does not wear her face mask properly around customers and employees of the bank. This seems very unsafe given the state of the pandemic. This is my second negative review on Yelp. Did I mention how incompetent this bank and their staff are? They have my mortgage not by choice. Wells Fargo has made more errors on mortgage payments than I have fingers. Make sure you keep a paper trail of every transaction and check it online the next day. Oh yeah, make sure you save Wells Fargo's phone number on your cell. You'll thank me because you're going to need it when you call to clear up their mistakes. Many times you will need it. In order to get a line of equity, they had me open a savings account, and a savings account with $75 in each account.... $150 total. They dragged me on for months with my line of equity approval. In the meantime, they sucked monthly fees out of both accounts until they were empty. Then they had the audacity to tell me I owed them money to keep the accounts open, and that my line of equity was denied. I walked into my local Tustin Wells Fargo and told them how I felt. When my mortgage is gone, I will avoid this bank for the balance of my life, and I will not recommend them to family, friends and clients of my business. read more

I have several accounts at WFB and visit Orange County branches several times per week. I try to avoid this Tustin branch unless it is absolutely necessary. In fact, I often drive several extra miles to any other branch instead of visiting this one. Unfortunately, I have needed to visit this branch many times over the years when I did not have time to visit another branch, and the customer service has always been horrible. Although I feel that WFB is overall an excellent bank, I always am amazed how much the quality of service varies depending on the branch. read more

I walked in at 5:27 and they refused to open a new account for me. I already have an account with Wells Fargo. I asked to speak with management and they said there is no management on duty. "Managers complete their 8 hrs and leave". So much for are-inventing slogan campaign Wells Fargo. If this was a time where bankers had quotas or commissions associated with new accounts being open there is no doubt in my mind the approach would be different. Ok so I am a B of A FAN!!! Specially the Tustin branch. We opened a Wells Fargo account 'cause we had to... Anyways - so here is a review. At first, I was like ewww! Wells Fargo - NO WAY! But since we had to, we opened an account in the Lake Forest branch 'cause we lived there. Then we moved to Tustin, so I started going to the Tustin branch. I like about 4 poeple in the Tustin branch. Matt, Richard, David Liti and Eileen(Business Banker - I think I am messing up on the spelling of her name). Besides these people, I hate dealing with anyone else... These guys are awesome at customer service and will make sure the money goes and comes out of the account that you asked them to work on. We eneded up opening 4 different accounts here. A couple of times, other people have helped me, but they just kept messing up with all the different accounts we have. Over all customer service is good. The guys that I mentioned above, have AWESOME customer service. I HATE their merchant service 800 phone #s. THEY SUCK!!! They need to improve on customer service and manners. Need to learn to be polite or Wells Fargo is going to go down like B of A did, about 8-10 years ago with bad customer service. when you get done singing in the shower head to this Wells location. lalalala! ok... parking is short...so they offer: drive through atm. it exits onto Fourth St. Three outside walk up atms good banking service, i was offered water and a chair to wait in. the service was really good. Steve Porter helped me out and then i was able to get back to work. If you are planning a trip here please remember that on normal days banks are impacted...but on Fridays it seems to be even more heightened. the parking area is a little cumbersome. plan ahead so that you are not frustrated. read more

This branch deserves zero stars. This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever used. Went in today to make a deposit to my business account and also make a transfer. Since it was for my business I got in the merchant line as their was 5 people in the regular line. There wasn't a merchant window opened. Usually when that happens at other branchs and other banks for that matter the nearest teller would acknowledge you and take you next. The nearest teller, joshua Gutierez, did not acknowledge me when he saw me waiting and when he finished with the customer he was helping he looked at me and then called the next customer and didn't say a word to me. Several minutes later the supervisor, Elvia, came over and asked if I had a straight deposit. I told her I needed to make a deposit and a transfer. She told me Joshua will help me next. I waited for several more minutes while the other 3 tellers helped all the customers that were in line when I entered the branch and several more that arrived while I was waiting in line. Eventually Elvia the supervisor came and told me to go to another teller who just finished helping the last customer in the branch. By now I am fuming. I go to Yvette's window. She aks if I am having a good day. I told her I was very much not having a good day since I had to wait until there wasn't a customer left in the other line. She ignored my comment and and I shoved the money I wanted to deposit through the opening. She asks if I wanted to make a deposit? Shouldn't that have been obvious when I shoved the money at her? The supervisor was maybe 5 feet away and never approached to see what the commotion was all about neither even looked in my direction. The teller made the deposit and then thanked me for using Wells Fargo and said she hoped I was satisfied with the service. She didn't ask if she could do anything else for me. I told her I wanted to make a transfer as well. She made the transfer and I left in a huff. To add insult to injury the greeter at the door insincerely says loudly thanks for choosing Wells Fargo, have a good day!! They should retrain the whole branch. Maybe I will close my 7 accounts with them and take my business elsewhere. read more
