Andrew at the branch helped me close and open a new account due to fraud.

Andrew Alvear was the nice gentleman who assisted me with fraud on my account. He filled out the affidavit to get my money back and converted my account to new numbers and debit cards are on there way. He was courteous quick and was not afraid to ask for help to confirm our new cards were usable on new account. You can't go wrong with Andrew a true hard working employee.

BANC OF CAL, Tustin is the best bank in SoCal, HANDS DOWN!!…read more Most banks advertise customer service, but Banc of Cal actually executes.  Most banks tell me No, but Banc of Cal-Tustin guides me on how to get to a Yes. Most banks promise with words.  Banc of Cal-Tustin performs with actions.   A key marketing point is that people remember how you made them feel; in my mind, the health of our business and our banking relationship feel important to Banc of Cal-Tustin. Here is a story.  Earlier this year, we had a time sensitive issue with one of our accounts.  Banc of Cal-Tustin did not send an email.  Nor did they send a letter (we all know, those letters are a CYA for the bank, not to mention letters arrive 10 days later).  Instead, Banc of Cal-Tustin called me. Left a message.  And called again until they reached me.  Typically, only friends and family will behave in this manner.  Yet, this is the service I have come to expect from Banc of Cal-Tustin. I have made my fair share of bad business decisions.  Choosing Banc of Cal is not one of them.  I am proud to call Banc of Cal-Tustin one of valued business relationships. So, yeah, go check them out.

He definitely went out of his way to get me all set up. Kevin also introduced me to his colleagues, Ivette and Kandi (I'm sure I misspelled both of their names) they were all very friendly and welcoming. The branch is located in a beautiful plaza, I can't wait to receive my debit card in the mail!

I have some friends, family and clients in this area so I'm in this area quite often when…read moreI'm visiting them, but I try my best to avoid actually going inside this bank because of how poor they treat their customers inside. As others pointed out this location often has only one person working the teller by their self and even if the line gets real long the other employees do not offer to help that one teller out leaving all of us in line for a very long time with no help in sight! I've heard numerous times that this bank caters to WHITE people first and foremost from many people of color who always complain and I saw a lot of people of color always upset/complaining about discrimination or how they are not provided with any decent respect because they are not white. That short bald fat Latino looking man(or he could be Persian or middle eastern?) seems to be some type of manager but again he does not help the one teller out who's handling the big long lines all by his self/her self. This same short bald fat Latino looking man always helps white people first even if they are in the back of line, maybe it's because he assumes they are depositing larger amounts? Or God knows why he would do that? Whats funny is me being a person of color and 3 other people in line all NON WHITE as well we all own businesses and even have business accounts with Chase, but he assumes the White person in line is some how more special and important than the rest of us even though we actually own businesses and have business accounts with Chase and we were in front of the white person he goes to help before even looking our way! CHASE do you not have anyone better to manage this location? Perhaps someone who's actually qualified and professional enough not to discriminate against NON White people? CHASE please manage this location better and always have multiple tellers working and helping each other out. This location also never says hi to you or waves to you or smiles at you like most of the other Chase locations do. It's similar to walking onto a shady used car lot where NO ONE has your best interest at heart as soon as you set foot into this place. CHASE send in a secret shopper into this location and see for yourself just how bad it really is!
