I've been banking at this branch for 22 years so I feel confident in stating this complaint. Citibank routinely cycles out branch managers so fortunately the bad ones leave, on the other hand the good ones do too. Right now, I'm sitting in the lobby waiting to be helped. The manager who will likely meet me is in eyeshot and earshot. She is currently on a conference call. I know this because she has the conference call on speaker phone and I can hear everything that the speaker is saying. Not only is this very unprofessional, it compromises the work environment with advertising the goals of the speaker. Also I find it not just annoying but rather disturbing that a professional would conduct herself in this manner. I am left wondering is this how she plans to conduct business with me? Sharing at a high volume what I consider private.

I had to do a last minute withdrawal that far exceeded $3000 and they were able to handle the request. The teller was nice. Especially, for having to work on a Saturday morning. He even gave me his thoughts on the Compass Coffee next door when I asked. I told him I had never been there before and I was thinking about giving them a try. His assessment was spot on. There were no long lines at the branch. Actually, I was the only customer in the branch at the time. This was perfect, because I was a little pressed to get in and out. This location also gets extra stars because they have sufficient parking, including handicap. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because the teller, accidentally so, told me that the Bank of America branch up the street was open on Saturdays. Once I got there, they were closed. He was very kind and patient and explained everything very clearly. The manager also came to meet with me which I thought was nice! A couple weeks later I also received a handwritten letter in the mail with all of the employees' signatures on them which was a nice touch. Overall from when I walked in until I left everyone I talked to was very kind and accommodating. I'll definitely be back for any needs I have in the future!

(My other bank does not have this policy) When I sent the letter via email, nothing happened because the branch manager did not open the email because it was encrypted ( had personal info on it), so after several emails and several phone calls, we finally figured out the problem. When I was explaining my displeasure with this process, the manager kept interrupting me and hung up on me on two separate occasions. He claimed I was "screaming" at him.
