I had randomly remembered that cap 1 card users when ordering a beverage ( latte coffee matcha etc not including bottled water/ pre packaged items) and pay with your capital one card the beverage will be 50% off! so i decided to try their cherry vanilla matcha latte from their spring sips menu per the recommendation of the cashier/ barista with oat milk and it did not disappoint! I love that the oat milk was califia farms blended barista oat beverage and the drink didnt take long at all to make! I was informed of upstairs and downstairs seating and chose upstairs! The latte was smooth delicious layered and creamy, and not too sweet! I wonder what brand of matcha they use? either way I see myself coming back to try a latte when the espresso machine is up and running again! Great job cap 1 cafe DC

The cardamom ginger latte with skim milk is such a good sweet treat to get for this season at the Capital One Cafes. They also gave me a free sleeve of macarons after purchase! It's very nice of Capital One to provide these little gifts to the community and Capital One holders. The staff isn't too knowledgeable about card questions--more about financial literacy.

A frequent pick me up location for me on Sundays. They released the new spring cherry blossom drink menu and I was able to try out their cherry vanilla Matcha latte definitely expected a sweet drink and perhaps because I got it in hot. The iced version would happen a little bit less sweet overall still great drink and great service at this location.

Went there during the shutdown not knowing if they had a deals for those affected. We were looking to buy hot drinks with our capital one credit cards to score 50% off. Line was long to order but moved quickly. When we got closer to the counter we saw a sign indicating that furloughed employees get a free cup of tea or daybreaker coffee. We tried the latter. It was flavorful, robust and smooth. Even more we were so grateful for the kind gesture during this time. Service was also very friendly. They had free holiday cards and gift labels for the taking. Many thanks your generosity.

For the first time in my life I've actually been excited about Mondays! Wifey and I have never been coffee regulars but with free coffee every Monday over the summer or half price coffee for the capital one cardholdholders, we've established a little routine, lol. Of course it's top notch coffee with options like the pourovers or cappuccinos or lattes with a variety of flavors like honey lavender or pumpkin pie or chai or green tea! It's also a great vibe in there as a spot to enjoy a conversation or to get work done. You can even book a nook at the downtown location if you want more privacy/silence. I just prefer this Georgetown location because, well, it's got the Georgetown charm inside and out! Last time I was there I also conveniently used their atm to pull out some money. I'm liking the new concept. Not to mention, all of the employees are very attentive and pleasant people.

I've been to this capital one cafe a few times, and it's a great coffee shop. There's plenty of space for seating, lounging and working. They serve coffee from Verve. They also offer 50% beverages for Capital One card holders.

I've been wanting to check out this cafe for a while now, and I'm so glad I did. 50% off your coffee using a Capital One credit card...yas!!!

This is a really cool concept for cafe lovers and Venture X card holders. The middle floor features a cafe. All of the other floors are great to do some work and people watch. My favorite floor was the top floor where you can even rent a room. The location was really clean and the seats were really comfy. I enjoyed my strawberry matcha drink and the fruit danish. If you present your Venture X card you do get half off food and drink. Definitely a great deal considering the prices in the area. The wait times can be long so do expect a wait on the weekends.

I have only been to the cafes in DC and Miami, but I love them. They give you tons more space and seating options, compared to a regular coffee shop, to chill and lounge, study, get work done, eat and drink in first-come-first-serve and/or reservable like co-working spaces. If you have time to kill, it gives you a hideout to avoid the heat/cold, charge your phone, go to clean bathroom. As others have said, you also get 50% off coffee drinks if you are a cardholder. From time to time they also have freebies, games, in addition to free drinks on Mondays. The second floor in Georgetown is the perfect location to people watch.

This place is really chill and I absolutely enjoyed my first time here today. I stayed in the upstairs section, which is where I think most people do their work. There are tons of couches and sofas, but not as many desks that I would like. There were mostly individual tables, as well as, a long table with bar stool type chairs. I am for sure more comfortable working with the regular long tables with comfortable seats. I pretty much stayed on a two seater sofa, with my computer on my lap. The WiFi was awesome, and thankfully there are more than enough outlets to plug-in. I was here for about 4 hours until I decided to leave to find affordable food. The area where this cafe us located isn't known for its affordability too much. I may find my way back here a little later, and I will definitely be back here tomorrow.

Difficult to park nearby. Cafe is not a plus. Basic banking, such as getting cash dominations that are not in the ATM, is difficult there.

Great experience at this Citibank branch…read more It recently opened in that huge new building right on Washington Circle. The Citibank is on 23rd Street. I went in here one Wednesday afternoon to do a quick ATM transaction. As soon as I walked in the door, I was GREETED (huh?! at a bank?!) by a kind woman who asked me if there was anything she could help me with. I said I just wanted to use the ATM and she recommended I just go to a teller instead. There was NO ONE in the bank at the time I was there, so I thought what the heck. The teller took my deposit quickly and very politely (I have to say he was one of the nicest tellers I've ever encountered). When he finished he asked me if there was anything else he could do for me. It then occurred to me that I'd been locked out of my Citi online account, so I asked if he could help me reset the password. He told me to wait one moment, and literally one moment later one of the financial specialists came over, greeted me by name, shook my hand, and led me back to his desk. I explained what the issue was and told him I was sort of embarrassed to be wasting his time with something I could probably do with a quick phone call. He said "It's no trouble at all -- that's what we're here for, sir." I LOVE THIS PLACE~!!!! I have a feeling that the special attention was more a function of no other customers being in the bank at the time and everyone was looking for stuff to do. But I have to say that this branch kind of blew me out of the water. I left very, very happy.

This branch is great. The staff is friendly and super helpful! Thanks for helping me with a loan!!!read more

This time we had our baby and I wasn't impressed with the lack of sides or anything to get for her. We asked for two eggs scrambled with cheese but were told we'd have to buy an egg prosciutto sandwich for $11 and tell them we didn't want any of the items. Um, no. The tuna sandwich asked for lettuce and told can't add lettuce. My husband asked for something not on his lamb pita, same story. Oh well. No customization at all, no subs. Makes business easier, but not as attractive for price point for customers. I'll remember to keep it to coffee and pastries from now on. Chicken pita was good, a bit heavy on the parsley but loved the dressing. Tuna sandwich was a hit. Pastries are always good. My pistachio latte was chewy bc it had grainy bits of pistachio in it. Not to my liking. $70 for three sandwiches, two coffees and two cookies.
