I think that they must have decent management because I see the same tellers all the time and so they must dig this place as well. I appreciate getting free checks that they just print out right on the spot as needed. I appreciate that I can get a NEW debit card right on the spot if I was to lose it. They seem to be very current with the technology in that way. I also really like the fact that they are open until 530pm M-Th and 6pm on Friday. They are also open on Saturday until 2pm. It's not just banking hours anymore. It's working people hours. That's cool.

My husband has had money in his account disappear from his account several times. I recently had a…read morefraudulent transaction showed up on my checking account for Norton deluxe security. Obviously a hacker wormed their way into my account. I never purchased Norton security. I looked as far back in my transactions history as I could. There is no history of a transaction from Norton security in my transactions. I called OnPoint and reported it. They investigated it, put $159.99 back in my account. I spent some of it on groceries. Next thing I see on my account is an overdraft fee. The $159.99 was gone again? They decided to take it back. Maybe they couldn't track the hacker down and didn't want to eat it either so they probably decided to make me accountable. I'm on a small social security benefit and can't afford to be ripped off by a hacker or OnPoint. I'm changing credit unions as soon as I can transfer my social security to another institution.

Rose was funny and knew her job like the back of her hand. Had us in and out in 15 minutes, would have been 10 or less if I wasn't asking so many questions, faith restored in Chase due to this branch. I've had them for 24 years without any issues but can never seem to get loans from them. I have other credit unions giving me 2.9% interests on car loans and Rivermark wouldn't even give me a loan. Today just pushed it over and I'm done. Try to send money through Zelle and they tell me I have a limit of $250 up to twice a day! They said I can't up it because I don't have direct deposit there anymore even tho I have the money in the account to cover it and my account is active. Like WTF!?!? Why does that even matter. But Rivermark Visa said that company followed procedure, ignoring the fact that company did not following their return policy. So, the credit union took the money back from my account. What more could an 83-year-old credit union member ask for. I am presently looking into other credit unions to give my business to.
