Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. From the beginning, my husband and I acted in good faith. We signed our purchase agreement in October 2025, provided every document requested, paid for the appraisal and credit reports, and remained committed to closing on our home. We even accepted using NVR Mortgage because we were told our $28,721 seller incentive depended on financing through them. As we moved closer to closing, I began noticing inconsistencies with the interest rate, discount points, and loan costs. Rather than ignoring my concerns, I asked for explanations and requested transparent pricing. Instead of receiving clear answers, I experienced delays, inconsistent information, and a lack of transparency regarding my loan. The most devastating part of the experience occurred just days before our scheduled March 26, 2026 closing. After receiving what appeared to be final approval, wire instructions, and completing our New Home Orientation, we were suddenly informed that our loan had been denied approximately 48 hours before closing. At that time, I was already dealing with serious medical issues and had been hospitalized twice during the loan process. Rather than working with us to resolve our concerns, the process became increasingly stressful and emotionally exhausting. What should have been one of the happiest moments of our lives became one of the most traumatic. What makes this experience even more difficult to understand is that shortly afterward we were able to obtain financing through another lender using substantially the same financial information. That left us questioning why we had endured months of confusion, uncertainty, and emotional distress. This experience affected far more than a mortgage transaction. It impacted my health, my family, my peace of mind, and what should have been a joyful milestone as newlyweds purchasing our first home together. I believe borrowers deserve transparency, honesty, timely communication, and consistency throughout the mortgage process. Based on my experience, I did not receive that level of service from NVR Mortgage. I sincerely hope the company reviews its lending practices and communication processes so that future homebuyers do not experience the confusion, stress, and hardship that my family endured.

I'm supposed to be closing tomorrow, after the mortgage company and my realtor decided to move up the closing a few days because I was all set to close. For the last 3 weeks, the people at Integrity Home Mortgage have been telling me that my loan is all set, that I'm good for closing. Oh, and by the way, in order to complete your loan, we just need this little bit of information. If it was once or twice, fine. Miscommunication and lost paperwork happens. These people straight up lie. I feel like half of my loan paperwork has been done after they've told me that I've done all the paperwork required. After every post-"you're set to close" task they've given me, I've asked if there was anything else. They either say that I'm all done the paperwork, or they drop the email and start a new thread asking me to do 'this one little thing to complete the loan'. So here I am, 24 hours from closing trying to jump through the latest hoop that they informed me about just this morning, while at work. If I close tomorrow, it'll be an absolute miracle.

He works in assessing which Loans would be optional to then firm down which is best. He keeps in touch with the Agents who are doing the real estate contract to be certain we know what's going on with the Buyer so we can best represent the clients. George is also great about supporting several different title companies depending on the location or type of sale that best fits the transaction. George is an absolute pleasure to work with and I hear of my clients satisfaction of him non stop. People don't give referrals or references online when they tell us this in person or via phone or email. Wish they'd follow up more to do so as it really helps!
