She has flexibility for some after work appointments as well as during the day. (I think she even might have some Saturday's available.) Make sure you check with her and your insurance if you will be covered through insurance or through private pay. (Private Pay option might be pricey if you have to go that way, as there is no sliding scale here.) If you are able to, I definitely recommend her. I believe she will have other therapists at this location soon, and I don't know if they will be different or have the same situations with payment-definitely check it out. The new location (this listed location) has such a calm vibe. She uses soft music and aromatherapy in the lobby area, and the colors of furniture and pain are beautiful and serene.

When I showed up and handed mine over to the front desk, the front office worker said that they had mom's and didn't need mine and proceeded to throw mine away. Fortunately, the medical practitioner was wiser and less rude and eventually retrieved it. I also was not allowed to get or give the front office any information, though I was the one to initiate services. I was told only mom could do things like make and change appointments. Over months and months of interactions, I was treated rudely and dismissively and repeatedly reminded that my opinion didn't matter by both office staff and the clinician.

I found this office and Mr. Sievert's associates to be condescending, not very helpful as far as…read moreproblem solving and they don't seem to be able to identify the problem. I have since gone to Dr. House and associates, they have a different method of communication that suited my needs better. I feel more understood and listened to, their communication skills have made it easier for me to identify and deal with my problem...now I have gone on with my life in a productive manner. Mr Sievert seems to essentially prolong the identification of the problem resulting in the treatment taking longer, in my opinion, in order to ensure revenue for his office. I feel his methods are extremely lengthy and ineffective.

At first it felt uncomfortable opening up because it was all new. I didn't understand fully what a therapist exactly does in a session. I always had the idea what they do but to be in one is a lot different for yourself. My experience in therapy has helped me so much mentally. For once i feel heard with no bias and to understand why i think and feel those feelings. Talking with friends or family can be hard because you'll never know what you get. Most of the time they dont know how to help, and can be bias. Having a therapist they are professionally there to help you and listen. I always let my therapist know how grateful I am to have her as my therapist. I definitely recommend coming here.

Several weeks have gone by and still no response which is very disappointing and really unprofessional. I get it's a 2 people show here but that's no excuse for poor service.
