I definitely recommend Dr. Herron for your PT needs. I initially chose Cedar Physical Therapy…read morebecause of its queer-inclusive environment and personalized approach to care. At other PT clinics, I often felt like I was playing musical chairs between providers, seeing one person for the evaluation and another for treatment, which felt impersonal. At Cedar, I was pleasantly surprised by the consistency, attention, and individualized care I received. Dr. Herron creates a welcoming, supportive atmosphere and genuinely takes the time to understand and address your specific needs.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rachel at Cedar Physical Therapy! As a 911 dispatcher, I…read moresit at a desk for over 12 hours a day, and chronic lower back pain has been a constant issue--even with regular chiropractic care. Dr. Rachel performed dry needling on my lower back, and the results were incredible. Not only did the deep tension and pain ease up significantly, but I also experienced a noticeable improvement in my mobility. I could move more freely, bend, and twist without the usual stiffness and discomfort I had gotten so used to. She also did dry needling on my jaw for TMJ and stress-related clenching--something I've struggled with for years. After just one session, I felt immediate relief. That night, I actually slept without clenching my jaw, which is incredibly rare for me and something I never thought I'd get relief from, especially in just 1 session. Dr. Rachel is not only knowledgeable and highly skilled, but she also takes the time to really listen, is very personable, down to earth and tailors her approach to your specific needs. Her office was very private and it was especially nice that she only sees one client at a time, allowing for privacy. If you're dealing with chronic pain or tension, I can't recommend her enough. I appreciate her culture competency with first responders and our traumas. She made me feel so comfortable and was extremely helpful in treating my chronic lower back and TMJ pain.

This place is an absolute scam. I'm incredibly disappointed…read moreby the service. I was put with a new therapist that showed me a few stretches and spent most of his time teaching a trainee how to use the computer. My biggest concern and main area of pain was not addressed at all. When I was checked in, the total cost I was given by the front desk was incorrect. I was charged nearly 3 times the initial amount a week later. I've been attempting to contact the Billing Department, the main office, anyone with access to their email to discuss this further, only to be placed on hold for 20+ minutes and then told a supervisor would call me back because they were "too busy". That was a lie to brush me off, as I was never called or responded to in any way. Expect a factory where they will push through as many clients as possible and then charge undisclosed amounts with unqualified and abysmal service from the random therapists they pull in for a summer job.

The therapists here seem to be understaffed, everyone is juggling multiple patients and I haven't…read morehad a single consistent therapist (I've had four visits.) I have a background in physical health in general and nothing I learned here was new. I was put on the same exercise program (with no feedback as everyone is on their laptops just waiting for you to finish) and was told some concerning things like "core, pelvic floor, kegals, all the same of the thing." Riiiight. I think if you're truly inexperienced with exercise or need simple exercises this would work, but professor google could tell me the same thing and not bill extensively for it.

I was in town visiting and my wife had sudden Sciatic pain while traveling. A local friend referred…read moreus to SP Physical Therapy and we didn't even yelp it initially, but just went there because of the friend referral. The PT was a bit young for my taste and thought he might lack experience. Regardless we proceeded and we explained my wife's pain. He knew right away what the problem was and explained it in great detail. He was very knowledgeable and patient, as he showed us pictures and was very thorough. My wife was excited and relieved to know that a PT would go through all this explanation to really diagnose the problem and what steps needed to be taken to relieve the pain. The treatment was excellent and we were very satisfied with everything. What seemed like a very situation on our vacation turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We are just sad that this establishment isn't located in our hometown. I would strongly recommend this place for any and all your physical therapy needs. After his explanation we are able to keep the pain down at home without drugs or pills, which we like the most about his recommendations. Thank you Peter!

Wow first off I was not a big fan of physical therapy to begin with. After working in a nursing…read morehome and seeing what they have ppl do. I really didn't feel like it would work for me. Since my job is very physical. I had been referred to go to SP by my doctor. After being injured in two car accidents "both of them not my fault" lol. I decided to have and open mind and give it a shot and told Dr.Peter Lee up front I didn't think i would feel any different. But at this point i was willing to try anything to relieve some discomfort, numbness, stiff and soreness, pain. Let me tell you dont let his young appearance fool you into thinking oh he wont know what to do nor have the knowledge as someone who has 20 years experience under their belt. But let me tell u He is the most hands on and caring PT as well as well as witty that I have ever meet. Like i said before my job is physical and I can't afford to lose it do to numbness, stiffness, soreness and pain. Peter was very understanding and friendly, helping me understand every question i had and making sure i understood everything correctly. He was always on top of things making sure i was comfortable with my exercises. Always checking to make sure and asking me how i had been doing. I had been referred twice now and I also tell friends/coworkers to go see Peter down at SP physical therapy. He will do whatever it takes to get u were u need to be even if he has to feel the pain with u. His number one priority is to make his patients well enough to do whatever goal it is they have. And if for some reason he is unable to he has no problem referring u to someone awesome who can. He wont waste ur visits. So stop looking call and make and appointment and appreciate someone who listens to ur bodys needs the SP Physical therapy experience. Thank u Peter you rock.
