I was able to talk to a real person who answered my questions. I came in and discovered that it's a new office person. Yay for that too!! She was great! She refilled my antiviral bottle and processed my payment quickly and efficiently. She was competent and knowledgeable. What a difference!! I'm really happy to see that they listened to constructive feedback and addressed the issues they were having that I mentioned in my last review. They leveled up! The entire experience almost felt like I was at a different office...in a good way. I can now highly recommend without reservation.

I take pain medication every 6 hours but some days my pain can not be controlled by my hydrocodone that I'm prescribed. I went to the ER twice while in Wenatchee over the course of 1 week and absolutely every nurse, doctor, triage, and check in people I dealt with were extremely nice and caring. I felt very comfortable when they took the time to listen to my medical problem and follow the protocol my doctors have in place from Kansas. Thank you guys for all your help.

Dr. Melton makes sure that I'm comfortable, pain-free and at ease with any and every procedure performed. Not only is he extremely professional, he's kind, easy going and hilarious. His staff is also amazing and reassuring; they've always made sure that all my needs have been met. I didn't agree with this and I left. During the first visit with my new dentist, he said I needed a root canal and 3 amalgams removed. I was shocked when he showed me the digital films documenting small cracks around the amalgams. In conversation with Dr. Melton's staff, I was given to understand that Dr. Melton's approach is "conservative." To me, this is borderline negligent. Perhaps if he wasn't distracted by self-inflicted staffing problems, which apparently are worse now, he could focus on his work.

June of last year I tried to set up a new patient appointment and a mammogram as I was way past due given COVID, there is urgency as I am high risk with a family history of terminal breast cancer and I had an irregular mammogram on my last appointment, I was supposed to have another mammogram within 6 months... that was over a year ago now. I called last summer and was instructed to come in and turn in new patient paperwork.. I thought that was odd but did as instructed... after many calls I was finally able to schedule an appointment, IN FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR! I turned my paperwork in in June of last year. I went in and spoke with Dr Fosnaugh and had lab work done, that was Feb 12, it is now March 11th and I have still not received my results not to mention I had two appointments scheduled for a mammogram and both were canceled hours before my schedules appointment. Did I mention I'm high risk?? I'm done. I'm going to find a doctor in Wenatchee.

I can't praise everyone at Confluence Hospital enough for the treatment and care they gave not only…read moreto my dad, but also to my mom & I while he was at the hospital. From the minute we walked through the ER doors to 24 hours later when my dad was wheeled to the car with his new pacemaker in place, we received nothing but kindness, caring, and attentiveness to our well-being. I wish I could remember everyone, but there were so many people within the 24 hours we were there that checked on us to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. From the ladies at check-in, to the nurses doing all the tests, to the ER doctors, both regular & cardio, even the young man who wheeled dad up to his room. Then there were the 3rd floor nurses, Kaylee & Isabel at night, then Joysee the next day, all of them were amazing! And for the cardio department who squeezed him in at the end of their day so he didn't have to stay an additional night, THANK YOU! Dr. Lin even came up after the surgery to check on him before we left. I can't say enough about all of these wonderful humans. They made a scary, unknown situation as pleasant and comfortable as it ever could have been. I highly recommend the cardio department at Confluence Wenatchee.

When I arrived, everyone was so prompt on getting things moving fast for me to ensure I was reassured my baby was okay and that I was okay too since I was feeling like cramping in my right side. My nurse Judy, Lisa, Brenna and another nurse that I hate that I didn't get her name but these gals were so amazing. They truly reassured me constantly despite me feeling so anxious that I was going to be okay. They admitted me for infection which I was not expecting and it turned into a 3 day stay, but despite that, they ensure to keep me hydrated, I felt heard and involved in my care. Dr Wells and Dr Marbett were amazing. I was a little upset about waiting on Dr wells all day to find out if I was staying another night or not especially since I was 3 1/2 hours from home and was eager to get back, but he apologized for the delay and was very kind. He was the on call doctor for the emergency room, mother baby, and labor & delivery so he was super busy all day unfortunately which is no fault to him at all. Some days you can't predict how busy you'll be. Dr wells ended up visiting me at 11pm while I was resting, but he was super kind about waking me up and gave me a reassuring update. The following day, he was very was very prompt on getting to me nice and early to ensure I was still okay and agreement with our plan for me to discharge which I was very eager for. My baby did cause us to have a little scare and contractions were happening prior to my discharge but Dr Peterson reassured me a lot and answered all of my questions so I could start on my trek home. Everyone here was so kind and considerate. I can't rave enough about their Mother/Baby department.
