Wenatchee Natural Foods is an awesome place for food, drinks and groceries. We spotted Wenatchee Natural Foods, which was across our hotel, and it ended being one of our favorite spot to get sustenance. Located on the main street of Wenatchee, Wenatchee Natural Foods offers organic, sustainable items, with lots of locally made products. It's not the largest grocer, but the selection was fantastic. We were able to get some grocery items here during our weekend trip and also tried the items that they prepare at the cafe area towards the back of the store. At the cafe area, they have a large menu of different drinks, with smoothies that are worth checking out. I loved the chocolate smoothie, which they make with almond butter and vanilla whey, so it's naturally sweetened. I also ordered a bowl, which you can make based on the different ingredients they offer, like a base of rice or beans, with different proteins and veggies. I customized my bowl with rice, curry chickpeas, avocado and steak and seasonal veggies and it served as two meals, which was delicious. For those wanting to dine in, they have a seating area on the side of the store, with outdoor seating where it's dog-friendly. It's a win for Wenatchee to have a store like Wenatchee Natural Foods, offering a great selection of healthy, wholesome items in a community-centric setting. To begin with, when I walked in, no one acknowledged me for quite some time. Then when someone did see me, they yelled at other workers in front of me for not attending to me. After ordering my food, it was quite some time before anyone showed up at the register so that I could pay for my meal. I ordered a bowl with smoked salmon and it was unlike any smoked salmon I have ever seen. It was as if it had been ground into tiny pieces. It looked like canned cat food. Extremely sus. All this for $20 and had to toss the whole thing. So disappointing. read more

My absolute favorite grocery store! We don't live in Wenatchee but visit often, and always come in! This store has absolutely everything! The prices on some items are definitely higher, but it's always worth going in for the WNF Cafe. The chai is some of the best I've had, I'm always looking for chai that is real and not overly sweet! I love coming here whenever I'm in Wenatchee. They have an amazing selection of healthy products. I love ordering fresh juices. They have an amazing one that's slightly spicy bc of the jalapeño and an incredible iced bulletproof coffee. They even have fresh soup and bone broth. My review is primarily based upon the little deli in the back of the store. We needed some lunch and were pleased to find that the store had a deli counter with vegan options. The price seemed a little high at first, but the portions were so huge we could hardly finish our lunch. Everything was fresh, very tasty, and filling. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for top-notch, healthy food. We went ahead and did some shopping while we were there; the store will never compete with such industry giants as, say, Whole Foods, but they have a nice selection and everyone is super helpful and friendly. read more

Man with the ponytail was very rude. I ordered an iced matcha, but was given a hot one, so I naturally asked if I could get what I originally ordered. He scoffed at me and told me to be clearer next time when ordering, which doesn't make sense because I was pretty clear. I order the same thing everywhere I go, and nobody has ever had an issue. He asked if I wanted it remade or just poured in another cup, but implied that remaking it would "be harder" for them. I work as a barista, and can confirm that it's really not that hard to remake a matcha. It's also not that hard to be nice to customers. read more

This review is for deli area. The food is good but inconsistent. There seems to be a lot of turnover with the employees so the smoothies are not all alike. The baked goods are also not consistent. For instance we love the chocolate chip dough balls however, the last two times they were so salty there is no way we could eat it. All and all I might go here for a few things but don't make a point to go out of my way anymore. read more

Carries a bunch of great brands that you can't always find at grocery stores . Their health bar has great healthy food , I recommend the cocoa krispie bar (the one in the picture) . Employees are usually always friendly , some of their grocery items are a little expensive which is why I gave it a 4 not a 5. They also have a great tea selection . I used to really enjoy this shop, but their gutless failure to enforce the state DOH mask mandate, let alone post signage as required by the law about mask wearing is making me question my patronage. Unfortunately I am having a hard time supporting this local business :( hopefully the ownership develops a sense of community responsibility and at least puts up an effing page of A4 on the door requesting that customers mask up. Visited this place to grab a smoothie in Wenatchee. Fantastic! The Bone Broth smoothie was delicious and would be a reason to go back again. I absolutely adore this place! My son has had to travel here regularly for the last few years for hockey tournaments and usually when we go on a trip I have to pack all of my food in order to stay healthy, but this place is amazing. They have wonderful fresh juices and shakes as well as chicken and rice bowls with a huge selection of veggies. They have all the supplements you could want and great protein shakes pre-made and ready to go if you're in a hurry. They serve breakfast all day which the kids love. And they are very friendly and laid-back. I live in Seattle and don't think we have a place quite as great. read more

I'm impressed this place exists in Wenatchee. I've started coming here once or twice a week since it's one of the few healthy options for snacks, lunch, and organic groceries. The raw almond cacoa smoothie is my favourite. The raw curry and citrus kale salads are awesome and I really love the peanut Brussels sprout salad. They also have a variety of raw desserts that I slowly need to try all of. So far the lemon tart is pretty stellar ... just make sure you like coconut oil. Oh and the staff is always super helpful + friendly too, which doesn't hurt! read more

I moved from Queen Anne this summer and I find their prices to be less than what I was paying for natural foods and goodies in Seattle, and a better collection of the best and purest brands around. What used to be many stops and a big Amazon purchase is actually available to me in town at a better price! I've never had anything but great service and kindness here, which is very welcome to someone that knows all of two people in my new hometown! Great juices and smoothies - always stop in after work or before a big drive to keep me fueled! A whole deli case of tasty gluten free food and baked goods puts a smile on my face every cheat day! Really enjoy the bulk section- they have EVERYTHING! High quality and sourced foods meats and snackies and not the run of the mill big brands, and I'm happy to go here and fuel myself and my family! First time coming here and I was pretty disappointed. I went in for a castle rock açaí bowel. The lady who took my order did not great me or seem as polite as she was to others who were there. While she was doing my order she had her mask off and was drinking her drink. There was also a hair on one of my strawberries, mind you I do not have black hair so it sure was not mine. I like this place for the bowls and drinks. However, the last few times I have been here it has not been good. Today we got some of the cookie dough balls. They were so salty they were inedible. The last ones we bought a few weeks ago were very sweet. Tye Acai bowl we bought today was over powered with parsley. Basically it was a green parsley bowl not the Ohme as we had hoped. All said it's an expensive purchase. The inconsistencies are noteworthy the time or money. read more

However, you will be waiting for a while, not because it takes a while to put delicious things in a blender but because the employees are chatting it up with one another. Everything about this store impressed me--the range of items, the cleanliness and the cheerful and attractive layout, and the really pleasant staff. Someone else mentioned they seem really happy to work there, and it's true. That makes me want to spend more time there and support them. With my current diet restrictions, there are slim pickings for groceries around where I live, so this place was awesome. I found actual plain lentil pasta, which is almost nowhere, and they had a very good selection of frozen items. (Unfortunately, they were pretty costly--like $9 for a package of deli turkey that had about two servings. I know that better food costs more, but I could have bought that for less in Alaska, which is saying a lot, since everything there is usually more expensive.) They have a huge bulk section with spices and flours, etc., a small wine inventory, plenty of household cleaners, pet food, supplements, and other cooking items. I did find the produce section a little wanting, and some of it looked a bit ragged. They also have a surprisingly small section of nut butters, and what they had was VERY pricey--an issue of concern mainly because I can't stick to the usuals like peanut or almond, but I also can't spend $13 on a small jar that I will go through in a couple of days. So, I'll still have to go online. I also indulged in a juice there, which was fresh and tasty, and I liked the unique flavor offerings. They were out of lemon juice, though, so I had to change my order. I appreciated the advice of the person at the counter, and the alternative she recommended made me happy. My husband had their iced coffee, which was made with a French press, and he liked the flavor, but there were coffee grounds in it that made it hard for him to drink. A few things could be improved, but overall, it's a really great place, and I will be sure to stop by whenever I'm in town. read more

This place was my saving grace while taking a brief trip out to the Wenatchee/Lake Chelan area. The grocery stores in the area were very slim pickings for healthy foodie snacks. And thank God this place is open on Sundays! A rare thing out in such rural parts. The store is pretty much packed with all the yummy and local goods you can get with a mild scrap of veggies. I pretty much stocked up on all the snacks and even managed to snag some hard to find new seaweed snacks! Just be sure to double check the store's hours. read more

Came in here after a hike for a smoothie and we had the Almond Cacao and the Green Supreme smoothies. Both were amazing and vegan! What I like about Wenatchee Natural Foods is the good selection and knowledgable staff. They generally know there stuff and if they don't they are willing to find out for you. The spice selection is awesome if you cook. Pretty much any spice you may need is likely to be here. Franklin's comment below seems to be a sham. Extremely disappointed in WNF. While have they improved many things over the years, and the place provides many health food options, I just can't recommend this place. Prices are high, and while the quality of the items is good, you can find the same items at other places for significantly reduced prices. Employees are knowledgeable and kind, but they do not provide quality customer service. The juice bar is the worst offense. Their menu is varied, but service is incredibly slow. I ordered a large juice minus the stevia. At the time I ordered there were no other pending orders so my juice SHOULD have been made quickly. There were 3 employees working at the juice bar at the time. 15 minutes later the staff comes out to tell me that she had made it with stevia and could remake it for me, if I waited a while longer. 15 minutes is already preposterous and told her no and left. I wasted my whole lunch driving to and attempting to get a juice. When I told the lady that I couldn't stay for her to remake the juice she did not offer an apology or a coupon or anything to fix the mistake she had made. That is bad customer service and it speaks to the poor quality service offered there. Will not go back again and will not recommend this place. read more
