She had already had a full day showing houses to someone else. Great service. We instantly liked her and felt she was so knowledgeable and knew where to get info if she didn't know the answers. She never has left us hanging. We put an offer on a home a couple of weeks later and because of the sellers and their realtor ended in termination. Shelly felt so bad for us and promised to help us find something else. Shelly is really an amazing real estate agent. She cares about her clients and their families.
