I wanted a double hamburger offer on the app, after waiting 10 minutes inside in the line I was told that they have no scanner so I needed to go through the drive through. After 14 more minutes in the line I got to the window but no-one had any idea how to ring up the double hamburger. Come on, isn't Wendys supposedly famous for this? A manager finally had to come and ring up the order. In the meantime the line behind me is getting longer and longer and after waiting another 9 minutes they finally gave me a bag. The hamburger was greasy and soaked with ketchup. The entire bun fell apart in my hands and I had a greasy taste in my mouth for hours afterwards from the meat. This is by far the worst managed location under the Wendy's flag. I stop here every couple of months. I like Wendy's as a rule and I guess I think it might improve. To date it hasn't. I haven't eaten what I've ordered for lunch yet. The one time I said something, the manager called me a lier. Today during the lunch rush there was one person taking orders, taking money and serving meals. I had rubber fries and a cold chicken sandwich that I didn't order for lunch. So long a wait, we we're worried about our groceries going bad. They got gave us small fries instead of the medium we paid for. They put our sandwich upside down with the box open so it was leaking by the time we got to the car. Overall never going there unless it the only resort. read more

Truly had one of the worst experiences here ever. We were rushed at the drive thru / window and all we had were 2 orders for each of us. It definitely shouldn't have been so difficult for the manager to handle a couple orders. I've worked in fast food and I get how busy it can get an all but never disrespect the customer and that's exactly what the manager did. We weren't argumentative and when we pulled up to the window there was so much chaos and disfunction. Like I said we were rushed when we ordered and at the window and they didn't give us a receipt on top of it. Which go figure because they forgot a burger, not a big deal it happens, but when we turned around to go get it, the manager treated us as if we'd done something wrong. He charged us twice for the burger they'd forgot because we didn't have the receipt, then continued to walk up to the girl who'd taken our order and demeaned her in front of everyone. Came earlier today and sat in line for 20 minutes, I wasn't going to hold that against them until I got up to the speaker and took another 15 minutes for someone to even come and ask my order, I understand they were busy and needed an extra person in the kitchen but I see where the wait came from. Got up to the window and the fountain guy is sitting here itching his nose and THEN proceeds to get my drinks. The mayo on my sandwich tasted spoiled, tasted sour as hell. Awful. We waited forever in the drive thru for our food only for them to forget a fry, give us normal chicken nuggets instead of spicy, and forget a frosty, and the manager was yelling at his employees. We even went in to ask them to fix our order but there was nobody at the counter, we waited there for at least 10 minutes. Kind of a shame :( I like Wendy's. You're better off going to McDonalds or Steak 'n Shake. read more

06/29/17 Wendy's drive thru service is horrible! The girl asked me to wait a minute. so I waited and waited and waited. So I said ''Hello?'' and she said she'll be with me in a minute. I waited at the speaker to order for 8 minutes! I had 5 cars lined up behind me. So I left. she only had 1 car at the pick up window. That is not how you run a fast food restaurant. Will not be going there ever again and I use to order at least once or twice a week for my lunch break. :( read more
