I went in around 9 o'clock and ordered #9 big box sandwich, and I had to drive back because the food was so good! I had to complement the cook!! (wore black glasses) and the service was amazing! Didn't take long at all! The ambiance was also amazing BECAUSE THE COOK WAS PLAYING JUICE WRLD, WHO IS MY FAVORITE! and when kids came in he turned the music down! Get place, great people. For starters ...this place was dead as a door nail that should of been this first sign.... the employees were all hanging outside the entrance ....as we pulled in ..... we waited a few minutes at the drive through screen .....we finally get someone to ask for our order.....We asked for regular wings ...only 6 wings ....not the spicy ....we were told ...hold on ......we waited and they said let me check if we have them ...They come back and say ...yes we do ....we said .....we only want the wings no combo ....now I'm looking at the menu at the price ....The gentleman said 6 wings by them are ....Now get ready .... 11,99..... Now the menu says its only 6.99.....He said NO ! they are 11.99.... I just laughed and said forget it ....We went to Steak and Shake ..... Its no wonder why there are so many bad reviews here.... That staff has a lot to be desired.... And when you try to blatantly try to rip off the customers ....You not going get the business ....Plus when staff is hanging out the front door like they are at a tail gate party...that should be the first sign ....This not going to be a good dining experience ....Who ever the District Manager or franchise owner is.....you are not doing KFC justice to this restaurant...... You need to re-staff it or close it down ...It gives KFC a really bad reputation .....I don't like giving a business a bad review ....But giving this place bad is doing it justice to next customer.... I made online order and my daughter picked it up. It was a special online deal with wings, nuggets and wedges. I opened it up to feed my family. There's no sauces, biscuits or nuggets. So I called the store. This woman tells me "they don't have any sauces ".and that she packed the order herself so everything is all there . Well no it's not so no nuggets or biscuits. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! I'd just came home from there tonight 1/08/2019 9:20pm. Bring the old manager back because these people are terrible. 1. They don't close until 10, front drawer was off, changed out, in "closed" status. 2. Beverage machine was turned off in closed status. Confused, my wife asks when they close, the girl at the counter says 9:30! Might want to talk to your staff! 3. I order a #8 meal, and get a kids sandwich with nothing on it, a mashed potato, and a single chicken tender! I paid $9 for this BS!!! They had your store closed before it was closed and were too lazy and eager to leave rather than offering a customer good service HE PAID FOR. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I'd like a full refund! No silverware, no napkins, no receipt! Nice people, no clue! Still worst drive through driveway in Ashtabula! How many years!!!!

So bad. Didn't get a receipt at all. The dr. Pepper I received was just soda, there was no flavoring. The biscuits were stale at best, which they almost forgot to give me until I asked for them again. It was just bad. I'll drive further to go to a different KFC if I want it. read more

My husband and I love KFC, but lately we have had continued screw ups of our order. Today, we ordered 3 breast, and 5 legs, and a small coleslaw. We had to wait for 15 mins. for the chicken to cook. That was fine with us, for we ran over to the local gas station and were back in 10 mins. When we got our order home, we did not have the cole slaw, and 2 legs. We have had minor problems while ordering, but it seems like you are having a large turnover of help, for many we knew from when we started coming to Ashtabula, from Conneaut, have left.
