Terrible customer service! I asked for a crispy chicken BLT, I received my sandwich with no tomato. When I went back and told them they didn't put no tomato. The girl told me tomatoes, Don't come on the BLT. they only come unless you get the crispy chicken BLT I said that's what I got. She said ohhhhhh....Horrible service. read more

This place is in trouble. I rarely write a bad review but... 1)The lobby is being severely neglected. The front double door malfunctions so that only one of the door opens. 2)There is no Ketchup in either of the dispensers. There is no ketchup available at the register, only at the drive thru. 3)Tables are not being wiped down. There is dry soda and sauces visible on many of the tables. 4) There is no ice at the lobby soda dispenser. It is available behind the counter but they forget to mention it. 5)Several customers have already complained that the Soda in the lobby dispenser is flat. Total breakdown in maintenance. I went to this Wendy's to try the Chicken Parm sandwich. It was disgusting! First, the place was filthy. The sandwich tasted like it was at least 2 days old. The bun was actually crumbly at the bottom. The meat tasted old and spoiled. Same with the sauce. To top that off, the manager spent about 5 minutes yelling across the counter with a guy he had apparently recently fired. The issue was, the fired guy was an assistant manager. Come time to go home, he went home, even though his relief was not there. They should have taken that someplace else. There were no napkins. There were no straws. I had to wait a good 15 minutes on my iced tea, since they only make unsweetened when they need it. The frys were certainly not crispy. More like cold spaghetti. Where to start. The staff are rude, and they make you wait 10 to 15 minutes just for some fries alone if they don't feel like it. Second, the place inside is poorly cleaned, and you can see roaches. Third, they don't even wanna make drinks. Sometimes, I tried getting a mango Lemonade and they told me they wouldn't make it at all. First had to wait about 10 minutes in the drive thru before we could order. Then another 10-15 minutes waiting to get to the window, then another 2-3 minutes before someone came to the window. With that kind of wait, we expected the food to be piping hot. NOPE! Fries were lamp warm, nuggets were room temp, one sandwich was sorta hot. I really don't expect very much when it comes to fast food customer service, but this location is just so bad that I had to leave a review. Also, if this was a one time thing, that would also be understandable. Everyone has bad days. But I've had similar experiences many times at this location. For starters, I'm guessing that they have a low quality speaker for the drive thru. At least that's my assumption as to why I have to repeat my order 5 times in order for them to understand. But I'll let that slide. There's nothing that the employees can do about that. But then they don't even let me finish ordering. After each item, they give me the total and say to drive around... Ummm, I wasn't done yet... But whatever, not too big of a deal. They don't ask what size I want my meal. Even when I specify large, it's not put in as large and I have to repeat multiple times until it shows up correctly on the screen. Then I get to the window see all the employees just joking around with each other, and no one seems to care that I'm at the window. When someone does eventually notice me, they'll come to the window, still talking to their co-workers while they hand me things. Sometimes it's my order, sometimes it's someone else's, they don't seem to care. Again, this was not a one time occurrence, it's like this most times I go. Then when I do end up getting my order, I never get any signal that they've given me everything. No thank you, nothing. They just close the window and I have to assume I've gotten everything. And after all of that, it ends up being 50/50 whether or not my order is correct. Forgotten items, incorrect sizes, onions when I said no onions etc. Overall, this place needs a management overhaul. I went inside to get a to go order. They were very busy but it seemed like they were getting food out quickly. well that is after the cashier rung the order up. Why the cashier had to be agonizingly slow I have no idea. I grabbed my things and off I went. To my surprise I went for my soda and found that it was lite on the ice and lite on the soda. The reason I didn't notice this in the restaurant was I had a drink holder with two frostees in it. Then the fries were old/cold. Me and my family came to this establishment on December 1st 2018. The food was correct and it was good. I'm writing this review because Wendy's restaurants seem to be disappearing around our area and I don't want to see the same happening to this one. This place REALLY needs some cleaning! The carpets are sticky and seem to have not been cleaned in awhile. The bathrooms are very nasty. I don't know if others are like me, but when I come to a place to eat if it's not clean enough it will turn me off from the food. Hoping this is corrected. My family went on and on about the shape of this place. I have always loved Wendy's! Please think about fixing this. read more

Today I went in for a 4 piece nugget, medium fries, and a junior frosty with the key tag. The whole ordeal was so much harder than it actually should have been. Rather than being able to get my food and go, my order was held up because of the frosty. The cashier was told to finish up my order and she never did. Ten minutes later, as I was waiting to tell the people behind the counter not to even worry about the frosty, it came out. I ordered a 4 for 4, a med vanilla frosty and a large strawberry lemonade. The fries had absolutely no salt and were awful, I didn't get the ranch I requested for my nuggets, my vanilla (which she read back to me) came out chocolate, and the strawberry lemonade tasted like cheap compared to other Wendy's I've had it at. I guess most of this is my fault for ordering at night and not checking before I drove off but wow. The only thing that came out correct was a burger. Definitely won't be back. read more

I went there to order food for my co-workers and myself, I order 3 drinks and a salad and some burgers. I told the cashier that i did not want cheese in the salad and she replied saying that there was no cheese in the salad. I told her again no cheese just to make sure she understood. I did receive my order pretty quick, but when i got my order I asked if i could have a cup holder to put all the drinks in. I waited 10 mins to get a cup holder! I just grab my drinks and food and left. Then when i got back to work there was cheese in the salad! I decided to give them a 2nd chance when i went back (BIG MISTAKE!) I asked for a salad with no cheese (they got it right) but when i got back to work they gave me 2 knives instead of a fork to eat my salad. I was so upset, where they thinking i was going to eat my salad with 2 knives? I do plan on calling there customer service line because not only did they get my order wrong but they also were not friendly either. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!
