I've been going here for over 15 years, as I grew up in the area & currently bring my grandmother dinner once a week. I've never had issues until this year. The manager is rude & charges for condiments... Never have I had to pay for honey mustard, esp after spending $12 on fries & two tiny burgers. Ridiculous. My order has been wrong 3 out of my last 5 visits, too! There are always different people working the window, none of which seem to be literate in English, so perhaps a high turnover rate can be attributed to the poor management. The worst customer service at this location specifically the drive thru. If it's not the rude lady taking your payment with an attitude without even greeting you it's the actual drive thru making you wait several minutes without saying a word even with a line of cars behind you, and when you say hello to check and see if anyone there instead of I'll be with you ect. Just a flat out "wait". I live in the area and this is the closest location to me every time they disappoint with the same service. They must not teach much of that here. read more

They screwed up my order the last past two times I've been there (in the same week). The second time this happened I drove my meal back to the store and asked for a refund. The store refused because I had accidentally thrown away my receipt. I ordered from them not 20 minutes earlier and I'm sure they could have looked it up. This Wendy's used to be outstanding - they were super fast and accurate. Unfortunately, it has gone way downhill. The drive-thru line is always backed up. The employees don't care about quality, service, or cleanliness. One Sunday night I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and the line never moved, so I actually took the time to go inside. I saw WHY the line wasn't moving: the employees weren't moving. There was a mess; fries all over the floor, a big puddle and a knocked over dust pan and broom on the floor right behind the counter, there was no food cooking, and four of the employees were LITERALLY just standing there, staring into space like zombies. I spoke with the manager but he was no help, and he refused to give me his name or his supervisor's name. A week later I went further out of my way to call corporate and let them know, but never heard anything further. read more

Amazing burger as always. I love this place, it's fast and easy but still tastes amazing. And most of the items on the menu seem to be pretty healthy. I have been going for a long time now, and I have never regretted it once. They always get the order right and prepare the food in a quick manner. And even if you come back to get it replaced (letting the rest of the food get cold), they grumble about replacing it and offer no compensation for the mix-up and now-cold food. Not much of a Wendy's fan myself, but the kids love their chicken nuggets (not sure why, I prefer Sonic if you simply have to have chicken nuggets). I've been to a lot of Wendy's, and I rate this one as the best one of them all. They're always very friendly, and they all speak very good English too. On the comment about putting too much mayo on their chicken sandwiches, I agree, but I think just about all restaurants, not just Wendy's do this, and I solve this simply by saying "no mayo". And if I forget to say "no mayo" the people at this Wendy's often ask me if I want it, because they remember I don't like mayo. Sometimes it's a kitchen worker that sees me from a distance and remembers my usual order. The workers there all seem to be energetic and productive, and they act like they like their job. I also particularly like the music that gets piped into that Wendy's also. read more

I've been to this wendy's many times and the past 10+ times I've gone, the gentlemen who took my order in the drive thru was extremely interruptive and seemed to be annoyed by how "slow" I was going, even though I only ever order one or two things and it takes me all but 20 seconds or less. What. The. F. Just. Happened. I walked in to place my order with some guy, another girl interrupted and started talking over him. I ended up giving my order 4 times (a simple combo meal). They kept talking over each other asking the same questions several times, the older gentleman was speaking crazy person nonsense that didn't have anything to do with what was happening, they decided to count in their head what my change should be.
