We are on a way home from bolivar peninsula. I was so happy to see Wendy's had inside dining , and we didn't have to eat in the car, I didn't even take anything else into consideration. We ordered our food, and after a few minutes the kid, who came back out to the dining room, where he started from originally, said 'oh by the way, your food is ready up at the counter.' OK... come on , we were the only two people in the restaurant, so its not like we didn't hear him call our number, nor could it have been hard to bring us our food as he was coming back to the dining room already. I had no idea how long it had been sitting there, but we got it. Since we were eating in the restaurant, we had the opportunity to open up our food there at the restaurant. My Burger was missing the tomato, and onions that are 'standard' on the burger, as well as the jalapeños i requested be added.My husband did request his be made that way, so they made mine the same. . I took my Burger and the receipt backup to the counter, as I was walking up, I told the kid in the dining Room that my Burger was missing items. he got to the counter and asked what did you say ? I said my Burger is missing tomato onion and jalapeno. Hes like, what did you order? (Keep in mind, there were no other customers, so its not like there was much opportunity for confusement) i showed him the receipt. He was still confused and had to ask a manager. They conversed in Spanish, which I understand, so I just yelled back to the manager, yes, just put them in a piece of paper on the side. I really just wanted to get back to the fries while they were hopefully at least warm. No success. Now I have to assemble my own burger, which is generally the point of having others prepare your food. I then realize that despite everything being packed to go, there is no requested condiments. So, because my fries are cool to the touch, I definitely need salt and ketchup. So I have to go to the counter again, dragging the clerk with me. He hands me five ketchup packages, 15 pepper packages and two salt packages. I just can't anymore. I go back to our table , get the ketchup and salt applied, dip the cold fries into the now unneeded ketchup and make the decision that im not even going to bother anymore with the fries. I go to wipe my hands off and .. you guessed it, no napkins. So, what have we learned from this mistake of going to a big box fast food chain? I have figured out why they had no line at 7pm and Whataburger was packed. Told they were out of lettuce and then it mysteriously turned up on my wife's sandwich. Coke Freestyle machine out of two-thirds of drinks including all no calorie drinks. Three of five sandwiches were made incorrectly. (Upside: staff corrected kids' burgers in short order.). Went here at 2pm on a Friday. Every table in the establishment was dirty. Ordered two baconators off the grill. Specifically said we would wait for fresh burgers and fries. Burgers came out barely warm and dry. Same for the fries. Service was unfriendly and didn't seem interested in being hospitable. There was only one other customer in the building. read more

Great always has hot fries also has a great manager super funny u can ask him what is best and he gives u a list to pick of of and let me tell u it was great all my food was VERY HOT I mean I had to let cool down and they had some great tea and the fries was crunchy and hot as well I would give it 10/10 read more

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Food was adequate at best, no sodas, they are all flat, (and they are out of the Dave's cream sodas), no ketchup, (had to ask twice), no paper towels, (restroom also very dirty), nobody at the counter when I arrived, just plain sad. Will not come back during my work lunch break and I am telling my coworkers to do the same. We are all disappointed. read more

The inside is updated and looks very modern. The bathrooms were decent. The cleanliness was not up to par. Tables needed to be cleaned and floor needed to be mopped. Service was actually and food came out in a good amount of time. read more

I tried to order a chick nugget kids meal.The lady taking the orders (her tone was uncaring and she seemed as if I was annoying her) informed me that they were out of chicken nuggets and tenders (which I found quite odd). The burger was perfectly made and looked like the picture, I actually came on here to specifically say I appreciate the great customer service and friendly attitude of the two guys working drive through, and to say I am impressed with the presentation of the burger.
