Will in Bend Oregon, we decided to grab a light meal and we decided to try Wendy's. Lots of parking space which was great. I ordered the Biggie bag meal which comes with a cheese burger, French fries, chicken nuggets and a drink, the cheese burger was good and the French fries were nice and hot and crispy, the nuggets was tasty. Really bad service, The Workers are not helpful or nice at all, I ordered 2 meals here and tried using my Wendy's deal on the app, to get some free nuggets, they still charged me anyhow, I went up to complain, The Mexican teen guy at the counter only said " yeah the machines just processing " which was total B.S. I was overcharged, and my Deal was taken. Do not come here. The place was gross and dirty and food was cold. Needs help. read more

We stopped by for breakfast yesterday . Only two people working; they did a great job, though. Apologized for the delay in food, but it was worth the wait. The breakfast burrito was delicious and a special breakfast baconator without egg or cheese. They also made a decaffeinated coffee for the chocolate iced coffee. They are having problems today and the kitchen is staffed. Computers aren't working well and a DoorDash is having to wait, but you can't help that. The food is better than any fast food breakfast I've had and their iced coffee better than that other coffee chain (and less expensive!) read more

Terrible. I ordered the number six spicy chicken I didn't want lettuce or tomatoes on it they said there was going to be mayonnaise on it and I asked for goats pepper sauce. I got it home it was dry as a bone didn't have anything on it but the chicken very unappetizing fries were good Dr pepper was good but sandwich not so good no sauces on it at all. read more

This app said they were open and turns out there not open at the time listed in this app. Drove out of the way of my trip plan just to ask someone at the drive thru mic if they were open, to be told "We are not." Nothing else but that in response. I was an hour early before the advertised closing time. read more

We get food at Wendy's drive-thru quite often because they have good salads, but lately we have not gotten half the food we paid for. Today we ordered a meal, two salads and a wrap. We did not get fries or a drink with our meal, and my husband's taco salad did not come with chips. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that we have had issues with not getting the food we paid for. We really do like the food and some of the people that work there, but somebody needs to step up and train their staff to make sure they know to check and make sure the order is complete. We are forced to hold up the drive-thru line to check our order before we leave. read more

Wish there was a lower rating than one star. I can't explain how awful the customer service was it was like they were being paid to be awful. They shut their light and menu off 40 minutes early while we're in line and ask if they can turn it back on and are upset. Asked for extra sauce and and they shut the window and roll they're eyes. Worst service I've ever experienced in a fast food (or any) resturant in my life. Walked in and placed order to go. Customer ahead of me was inquiring as to why his order was taking so long. Shortly after then there was a confrontation between a staff member and an manager that was apparently late arriving to work. Foul language was exchanged between the two with yelling and screaming. Every time I go to this Wendy's, service is friendly and quick. Each person I've ordered from the drive thru to the lobby is energetic with a smile. Fast food meals are inconsistent. Sometimes the fries are soggy or the burger looks nothing like the picture on the wall, therefore my highest star would only be a 4. However, consistent service with enthusiasm goes along way and this Wendy's has it. read more

Just went through the drive thru at 11 am, they informed me they're serving breakfast until 11:30 unless you want fries and a chicken meal. Got the chicken meal brought it back home and it was so dry I can't believe they think someone would actually let eat it, fries weren't fresh even though they're still serving breakfast mostly, usually go once a week. The service was horrible..the food was either old and cold..or old and over cooked. My 2 meals were given to me in pieces over a 25 minute period because things were forgotten. Have you ever had a triple Baconator with Baconator fries and a Frosty? It's about as close as I'm probably getting to heaven. The store has improved in cleanliness, quality, and in accuracy in the past year that I've eaten here. They are always so friendly and accommodating, and make me want to come back. They always ask for my name to call out my order, showing I'm a person and not just another number. I've seen the crew bringing trays to tables, and taking empty ones. The little customer service touches that seem to get lost in food service aren't lost here, and it shows. read more

This Wendy's has gotten worse and worse. Used to be good service, nice atmosphere, and nice food. Now it's the opposite. The worst part of this Wendy's is the smell!!! It has smelled terrible for weeks now and is showing no signs of getting better. It makes it impossible to eat here comfortably. On top of that the cashiers are either stoned out of their mind or just straight assholes. Possibly both. When I ordered a salad in replacement for my fries I didn't ask to add on a pathetic salad and the fries. I did not want your nasty ass fries. Then when we get our stuff you give us 1 straw for 2 drinks. What are we supposed to share a straw? When I ordered my salad I even asked what dressing came with it and when we get home there isn't any kind of dressing in our bags. You should get shut down. You are no good. read more

I prefer this place over any other fast food burger chain because of the large portions and good food. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill drastically in the last year or so. The food is stale and cold, and the fancy fountain machine has "unavailable" over the icon of most of the soda flavors. Very disappointed to see that a restaurant that claims to have good food and has for so long, is going to the crapper. With their quality dropping like it does, i dont forsee them staying open much longer in this town. Its a shame that I have to go to McDonald's to get hot, fresh food. read more

This is the better of the two, I get fresh fries here more often then the 3rd st location.

The only consistent thing about this place is that they get your order wrong. Today was the last straw, they got the burgers and the drinks wrong, and we were the only ones there. Skip this place unless you want a mystery bag lunch and not what you ordered. read more
