This is without a doubt the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever seen. If that was the only issue it could be easily fixed, but the food is substandard and the employees are slow and unmotivated. We made it easy and ordered value meals with no special requests. We should have requested decent food because what we got was disappointing. Our Doubles with cheese were dried out and room temperature. The buns were stale and the one tiny piece of lettuce was wilted. There were 2 tiny rings of onion that had seen better days and the overall burger was unpleasant. My fries were a mix of fairly fresh fries and grossly stale ones. Despite having one of the new freestyle type multiple flavors soda machines, they were out of every single flavor of diet sodas. Every single one. Being diabetic, this presented a real problem for us. I feel they should have told us before we paid for meals that came with a soda only to find out we couldn't drink any of them. The only reason this location stays in business is they are visited by unsuspecting tourists off the highway looking for a quick bite. Go somewhere else! There are other exits nearby! read more

This location has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant EVER. 35 minute wait for ONE combo at 10:40 in the morning. Ridiculous. I expected my food to be hot and fresh, well it was not. They did apologize for the wait so they get one star for that. Do not go here if you want fast food. read more

Berea, KY I placed an order for (among other things) two Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. When I unwrapped them I noticed that neither one had tomato or lettuce, so went back to the counter and and politely pointed that out. The girl who had taken my order started insisting that the "deluxe" burgers didn't come with these items and that you had to ask for them if you wanted them. This was news to me, since everyone of the probably hundreds of them I had eaten over the years had indeed come with lettuce and tomato. So, I was given the requested items, went back to my seat, and then noticed that neither of the "cheese" burgers had cheese on them. Again, I went back to the counter and told the woman making the burgers that my cheese burgers didn't have cheese, and she said "Yes they did." No, they did not. They did eventually provide me with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, but nobody said "Sorry we got your order wrong." They just wanted to give me attitude and argue with me. I will note that I was not rude or hateful to the staff; I was just trying to get a standard menu item I had ordered. I will also note that while I was there, I saw another customer who was also having some kind of problem with more than one item on his order. There are several other fast food places in the immediate vicinity. I would strongly suggest any one of them over this Wendy's. read more

Absolutely the most disgusting Wendy's I have ever been in. I saw my food and immediately threw it out because it was the worst. Not only the food was bad but it was terribly mismanaged, the trash was not only overflowing but all over the ground, there were employees not wearing Wendy's shirts, one was in a raggedy button down with sunglasses hanging off the "V" of the shirt and would not stop fidgeting and it was very dirty and in a bad area. I would 100% not recommend this Wendy's. I felt very uncomfortable being there and threw away the food anyway. read more

Stopped at 10:00pm got two raw cheeseburgers. Fries had a weird taste. Could not eat anything we got.
