Wish I saw these reviews before I stopped. I used my Wendy's mobile app to order while we were traveling. I ordered a vanilla brownie batter frosty, my mom ordered a chocolate thin mints frosty. Mom's wasn't chocolate, it had a thin, cocoa and gritty sugar "syrup" squirted on the sides of the cup, with crushed cookies on top. My "brownie batter" was the same gritty chocolate syrup. My frosty was also contaminated with mint. I despise mint and chocolate, but it was obviously mixed in. I couldn't eat it. The frosty is such a classic item and these were terrible. read more

Service was bad, employees were rude. The bun was stale and the burger was cold, salty and gross.

Salad was ok, a couple of apple slices had worm holes . The service was good. To many apples hardly no salad, but it was still good.

Worst customer service ever. They tried rushing us while we ordered and they left off half of our order. While we were ordering, they kept complaining that we had a big order. We went back to get what they left off and they acted like it was such an inconvenience. Hey they didn't have as bad of attitudes as they could have so, two stars. read more

Too grossed out to order. I'm a big believer in what you can't see always being worse than what you can in a restaurant... especially fast food. I walked in the door and across the lobby to throw away trash then to the restroom before ordering. That was it for me. Dirty, dead bugs, cracked tiles, super sticky floors, "stuff on walls". We walked right out of there. They need to clean up and do some repairs/modernization badly! Until then, stay away!!!!' read more

Stopped on the way home just for an easy and quick bite and everything was great. It was very late so it could have gone anyway but it was one of my better experiences at a Wendy's. All of the food was hot and tasty. The staff was good and the manager even took our order. read more

I literally downloaded yelp just to review this place. I worked at a fast food restaurant for a few years, so I completely understand a rough day or a bad order, but this was something entirely different. 1. It took a solid 10 minutes to get our food. Sure, it was an order for 6 people... But even when we got our food, the fries were all wrong sizes. Also, they were out of large cups and iced tea... 2. The place was a mess. Under our table I found a piece of bacon and a bunch of fries. 3. The place smelled terrible. 4. The cashier was not very nice or fast at all. 5. To refill your drink, you must bring it to the cashier. Which is fine, I worked at Chick Fil A where they had the same procedure. But it took forever to get a refill. 6. Two of the managers sat outside smoking while there was clearly a line of people waiting to be served and waiting for food. It is not that hard to run a relatively fast "fast food" place. This was a sad excuse of a Wendy's, by any standards. The GM should be ashamed of the sad fast food joint she is "running" (into the ground). read more

ABSOLUTELY FOUL. *Warning TMI ahead... This Wendy's was the location of the single most disgusting bathroom I have ever used. There was urine and feces all over the floor... apparently the toilet overflowed and no one bothered to clean it up. There were multiple used women's products laying out in plain sight. The smell was death-like and permeated the entire restaurant. I walked out directly after, unable to even use the restroom. There is no way that I'd ever order food here. read more

Worst Wendy's I have stepped into. Single women's restroom with no working lock and no paper towels. It was absolutely freezing inside the eating area no matter where the guests sat. My husband waited for 10-15 minutes for our food at the counter which is not exactly "fast food." Three other patrons had wrong food orders, one of which was a drive thru order that was still there when we had finished our food indoors, despite our own wait. Avoid. read more

Food was ok, lady who took our order was very nice, place was clean. Only thing that got us was that there was no stalls in the womens bathroom. Just 2 toilets, a sink, and a trashcan. I had to change my baby in the car because there was no changing table. read more

Very poor service. I pulled into the drive through and ordered a single with cheese and fries. Nothing complicated. I was asked (after paying) to pull forward and wait as were 2 or 3 cars behind me. I waited about 10 minutes. Meanwhile everyone behind me that was waiting, as well as several new customers, all got their food. I asked a young man how much longer it would be and he flippantly told me it had been ready but no one had brought it out yet. I asked him for a fresh order since it had been sitting. I waited 5 more minutes with no sign of my food. At this point I left because I began to feel like the snotty employees would damage my food and I left. With no food. read more

Stopped to get a quick bite at 3:59p, 9/10/2013. A young male took my order - name on receipt William M - referring to me as "bud". Most unprofessional. Had a small Chili, Cheeseburger Delux & Fries. The Chili was the worse I ever had at a Wendy's and the Cheeseburger looked and tasted days old. read more
