07/16/2026, 3:15pm-Terrible burger and fries :( Luke warm burger "slopped together." It was a left over from the lunch hour, looks like they opened it to add the cheese and extra mustard I ordered. Cheese not even melting. Fries were luke warm. The girl taking the order did NOT ask if I wanted size "LG." I never want Lg drink and fries, I don't ever finish the MED and I never thought to tell her I did NOT want LG. She did not tell me the amount and just said "you can drive up to the window, which I could not understand her and had to ask her what she had said. There was no one in line behind me in the drive-thru and I did not see any other vehicle in the lot, sooooo they were NOT BUSY. When I drove to the window she had the HUGE drink and I told her I did not order that size, I wanted the smallest size drink and fries. She said she could not correct the order because it was already placed. Whatever, I will DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN AT THIS WENDY'S IN BREAUX BRIDGE, LA. And I wonder WHY she DID NOT ASK ME WHAT SIZE I WANTED "IF THEY SERVE DIFFERENT SIZES?????" $13.02 to throw away over half the drink and fries!!! Fries be so cold. They always forgetting to put the sauce in the bag for burritos. They never ask if need anything before closing the window, when I do a need something else, they take a long time to come to the window to service. Service is terrible. read more

Staff appears hopelessly lost. The manager clearly doesn't know how to manage, but to be fair, it's hard to lead the undead. Girl at the counter is either high AF, or has Zero F's to give about life in general. The back kitchen is chaos incarnate. read more

I can't speak to food quality at this location because I walked out before I ordered because: the long piece of toilet paper laying in the floor by the front door was certainly a part of my decision. the bathroom had used Walmart bags laying in the floor along with used feminine hygiene items, no soap as the dispenser was smashed and broken the floor was so sticky my shoe stuck to the floor and came off like it was glued there was a large puddle of what appeared to be stagnant water on the floor in the food prep area. read more

The burger was good and the fries were ok. The inside counter service was bad. The loud music on behind the counter effected the emplyoee ability to hear our order. It came out wrong. They fixed it, so I had time to notice how dirty the floor was in the kitchen area. Obvious laziness there. read more

I'm a current employee at Wendy's in breaux Bridge La. I don't know where they making that kinda money. I work nights and it's never enough people. I have to stay and help bc they don't want to give overtime. We work 6-9 hrs and these District Manager and other's isn't giving us anything. I worked at the store for a yr. I started when they didn't have anyone who wanted to work for them. They only gave me a raise for eight dollar's.I came back to help out. It's more worse than when I was there before. Stopped on 1/31/15. 2 managers serving. Everything was great. Restaurant was extra clean. Our order was big and complicated. Order perfect. Well cooked. For today at least, over never had a better Wendy's. read more

This is the cleanest, fastest Wendy's I have been to. The people are friendly and the food is fresh!

This establishment did not have their workers wearing masks, putting everyone they serve at risk. If even one employee has it, they can pass it to 10s to even 100s of people. It's disrespectful and lazy and it is still required by the state to wear them in public buildings, I would assume especially if you are working with food. If they can't even follow those guidelines who's to say the other cleanliness practices are observed fully. Absolutely distasteful and disturbing. read more

Headed back to Georgia from Texas in a motor home leaves little option for drive through for fast lunch. Parked in Walmart lot and walked over to this Wendy's for burgers. A couple of employees coming out told us the dine-in was closed. We told her thanks we would just go into Walmart and find something since we could not drive through. With no hesitation she unlocked the door, told the staff inside to take our order. Above and beyond service!! You don't see that much anymore. Thank you!! read more

This Wendys makes the freshest food. And they have good customer service. We come here a few times a week. Best fast food in town.
