The staff was aware of the wait and actually acknowledged it, apologizing in a genuine and friendly way. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Everything came out hot and tasted like it had just been made. The chicken was crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and the portions were generous. The fries were hot and crispy with that soft center you want. Even the sodas were mixed well and tasted great. After being on the road all morning, it really hit the spot. I've heard many great things about Raising Cane's over the years and have been wanting to try it for close to a decade. Recently the moment I've been waiting for finally arrived and I got to experience the joy and wonder of the chicken fingers here. And I feel like I couldn't have picked a better Cane's location to undergo this holy rite of passage. We walk in and are greeted by a spotless fast food joint and a friendly welcome from the staff. Since it's our first time, we peruse the menu for a good 5 minutes. One thing I didn't realize about Cane's is that all they serve is chicken fingers (yes, I know it's in the name). They have a chicken sandwich but it's just fingers on a bun. Anywho, went with the box combo. Also huge shout-out to our cashier who, after we made our initial order, updated our combos to give us a better deal while getting us more chicken! Now that is the definition of customer service. The chicken is so tender and juicy and flavorful! It definitely didn't disappoint but let me tell you about their special sauce...it takes the chicken to a whole new level. Although it tends to be a rare treat for me due to being pricier than other fast food places, Cane's is still a favorite. I've always loved the caniac with an extra sauce and fries. Two extra sauces if they're generous you can dip almost anything in that sauce.

I literally just ate from this location 10 minutes ago and had to throw away half of my food because it was so disgusting. In fact, when I picked up my food from the drive-thru window, as soon as I rolled down my car's windows, the odor of old grease FILLED the air in my car and I immediately knew that was a sign of how unclean the inside of this location was -- I know dang well the managers at this location have to smell the FILTH coming from their kitchen. When I ate the chicken fingers, half of the chicken was CHEWY, which is a horrible sign of how the workers did not cook the chicken at the proper duration/temperature/etc. It seems like all Cane's are "off" during the evening time, which is weird that they are never consistent with their food. Raising Cane's did not disappoint! I've been to many different locations in many different states and this has been one of the best so far. Food was fast and fresh. I didn't even get my drink and condiments gathered before my order was ready. The restaurant was clean, staff wore masks, and tables were cleaned in-between customers. The music playing in the lobby was a little loud and makes it a tad difficult to hold a conversation without having to speak loudly but otherwise my visit here was great. read more

I was visiting from Va. I was honestly expecting an average experience but, the food was amazing. I loved the crispiness of the chicken tenders and the French fries were good!!! My food is always hot and I can taste the freshness of the food, not like it's been sitting under a heating light. Canes has a basic menu. Chicken Fingers, French Fries, Texas, Toast, and coleslaw. I always order "The Box Combo" it comes with 4 fingers, fries, toast, and coleslaw. I always swap out my coleslaw for a toast. (I don't eat coleslaw) The signature Canes sauce is also delicious!! There are other combo options also. What I love about Rasing Canes is the great service at all locations. The workers are always friendly and the food is always done in a timely manner. It's a great family resturaunt if you choose to dine in. It's clean and they play cool tunes. Anytime I want chicken you better believe Raising Canes is always my first choice. read more
