I used this visit as an opportunity to replace my 2025 frosty tag with the new 2026 tag on my key ring! I need to start this off by saying this obviously isn't a personal attack at any individual that works here. I'm sure they're all fine people but they need to get their sh*t together and the manager needs to light a fire under them to get them all caring about their service. I've been coming to this Wendy's once in a blue moon for years and my order has never once been right. Missing or incorrect items, like cheese on something ordered with no cheese, missing fries for combo meals, stuff like that. Every time. Not to mention the overly long wait times. I work in a fast food restaurant too, there's absolutely NO WAY that a salad and fries should take 20+ minutes to make (example that happened not even a week ago here). The food tastes fine, standard Wendy's as far as flavor goes. But if you're wanting to get in and out of the drive thru with minimal complications (the experience a normal fast food place should provide), this is definitely not the place for you. Good for the grandparents with nothing but bible study going on for the whole day, horrible if you need food before work or on the way somewhere on a time crunch. And expect to have to get the attention of an employee to notify them your order is wrong. It's unfortunate because this Wendy's has been in the community for years, but I truly think I'm done coming to this location. There needs to be a whole process of getting all the employees on the same page and off their *sses--same problem where I work, but we go above and beyond to apologize and fix the order; here, you'd be lucky to get your food remade. read more

avoid this Wendy's at all costs. started off using the restroom and only was there no toilet paper in the bathroom, there wasn't even a holder where toilet paper would go... when I told the cashier, he wasn't even surprised and didn't do anything about it. I shouldn't have ordered when 2 people came up to the counter from outside saying their orders were wrong and the cashier again wasn't surprised. I stood at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and when she did she was not friendly at all, I'd even dare say not even nice. OMG I'm not giving this place any stars. But I will give them one star just because I have to. 1st the cashier was playing with her dreadlocks while taking order. Then she went and used her hands and wiped her nose and scooped up the fries. Did not wash hands or even put gloves on. Our order for 2 was taken teh anothe older gentlemen did his 1 order then a black family of 5 put there order in. They got there food befor we did and the older man. Food was cold. They had fries in containers and dumped them back in heating rack and cooked fresh fries gave the fresh fries to the large family and gave us the cold old fries. We got the wrong orders. I'ts a miracle that this Wendy's is still open. The staff is lazy and inconsiderate. I usually get the same thing there every time and I always ask for no mayonnaise. Out of the last 10 times I've been there, only twice have I gotten my sandwich correctly, and 4 times where they put extra mayonnaise on my sandwich. Not only that, my last visit there, the drive thru lady's gloves were covered in grease, so my food, my drink, and my credit card had grease smeared on it. I always have to wait a million years to place my order even if the drive-thru is empty. And one time while I was waiting a while in the drive-thru, I politely spoke into the microphone seeing if anyone would respond and the lady just yelled "IM WAITING ON YOU". I seriously hope someone from corporate can see this and fix the staffs attitude and hygiene. read more

I'm not normally critical of any fast food service, given that I know how demanding the job can be, but my only experience here was awful. The young lady working the drive through didn't introduce herself or say she was ready, so we sat in silence for minutes before placing our order. She kept giving us our total before we finished placing our order, as if shooing us away. And unfortunately, our order was missing food and had mixed up drinks. None of this is hyperbole, I sincerely recommend you avoid this spot. One star, we went back to get a refund and they didn't even comp us the right amount. read more

Worst Wendy's experience we've ever had. My husband's cheeseburger came out as just a plain hamburger, which we'd ordered for our daughter, but both came out the same way. His crispy chicken sandwich was soggy and the fries were flavorless with no salt. My grilled chicken sandwich came complete with a heaping pile of wilty nasty mixed lettuce on top. On top of it, there was only one car ahead of us in the drive thru and it still took way too long to get our food. We will remember not to stop at this Wendy's ever again. read more

Waited a solid 25 minutes to get one cheeseburger, for them to still mess up my order. Not even worth my time to deal with them fixing it because quite frankly I don't have that kind of spare time.
