I purchased a cookie located in a cookie display at the front register. After a male WENDY'S employee rang up my order at the register, I paid $1.90 using my credit card. I noticed that the WENDY'S employee wasn't wearing gloves when he retrieved the cookie from the cookie display (immediately upon operating the cash register to ring up my order). He placed it into a cookie bag. After he retrieved and bagged my cookie, rather than hand it to me so I could leave, he immediately turned and walked away and disappeared out of sight into another room. As he was walking away with my cookie that I had already paid for, I firmly stated "Please give me my cookie, sir!". He ignored me and continued to walk away and disappeared. This WENDY'S employee's questionable actions made me feel very uneasy! Unsure as to why a WENDY'S restaurant employee would feel the need to disappear out of sight with a customer's food (after it had already been paid for), I felt that it would be best to exit the restaurant without my order. I notified WENDY'S corporate office via email. I did receive a short email response from a WENDY'S Area Director named Chimere Lynn telling me that it would be looked into. She also requested my credit card number so that she could issue a refund. I refused to provide her with my credit card information. (If cannot trust WENDY'S with my food, I'm certainly going to provide them with my credit card number!). Instead, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. This place CAN'T SEEM TO GET TO GET ANY ORDERS RIGHT. Another disappointing visIt to the Wendy's drive thru. This place is dirty on the outside and their ordering screen is broken, wasn't even sure they were open until someone started talking as a started driving away. I backed up and placed a pretty simple order that I had to repeat 3 times. They told me to pull around without giving me the a total. The women at the window spoke very broken English. I had to ask her for the total. She mumbled 14 something. She handed me the bag and change. I had my son check the bag and he said there was a sandwich and his nuggets so I figured we were good. When we got home I opened the bag only to find they didn't give me my spicy chicken sandwich they put some awful processed crispy chicken sandwich in the bag. I paid for a spicy chicken! Worst Wendy's ever!!!!!! This place has not had a good service in the last 10 years. Everything is slow and wrong. Just be one of the best places ever. I don't know what happened. Needs a complete overhaul, including workers and management. Please do better. read more

Great staff and food well prepared. The person ahead of me apparently ended up w part of my order by mistake in addition to their own it sounded like. They had me wait in a good place to make sure I could be serviced correctly. Maybe to have been comped more food would've been nice. I used the app to attempt two orders. No fault of the restaurant, the app only let me put in one order at a time. I tried to make two separate orders because I wanted to use two coupons. Even after the app closed the first order, it refused to let me apply a coupon to the second order. I was annoyed. I think the dining room is closed and maybe permanently and online doesn't seem to reflect that. I know that in the past they couldn't always get workers to service the drive thru hours posted either. Unfortunately this seems to be more of a trend these days rather than an exception. At least a paper sign saying sorry we are unable to stay open would be helpful when this scenario does happen. It didn't this time around but I did have it happen at this particular location like 6-9 months ago. Instead of having me circle around, the staffer was able to bring my second order to me as I waited in the same place off to the side. The food was reasonably fresh. read more

Worst Wendys experience at this location. Worker did not speak english. I placed a mobile order and received no pickles on my burger, no sauces that I asked for, and they didn't give me my Dr. pepper. We had to pull over and park for them to bring our food out and waited about 15 minutes for fast food. Both my boyfriend and I's orders were messed up even after a long wait and it ruined our whole night. read more

The woman working at the drive through window this afternoon was possibly the most miserable person I ever met. She told me I didn't order a second order of fries, which I did. She was rude as hell. She looked pissed off to be there. When I paid in cash, she dropped the money out the window before I reached for it and it fell out and under the car. Either bad communications technology, which I never experienced at this location, or poor English by way of the attendant, but not one word of my order was understood until I straightened it out at the pay window. No one gives a flying F at this place.. they can't hear you in the drive-thru bc they're talking to the other employees.. All I heard was "huh!?" after each item I ordered. NO SURPRISES is exactly what you should expect from a chain restaurant and that is exactly what I received today! I rolled in and stood at the counter for at most three minutes before I had my order. The guy was friendly and actually asked my name so customer service was solid. My medium Spicy Chicken combo meal was about $7. It was hot and the fries were crispy so no problems with the food. I give this review two stars because the food was good and actually warm. As far as the service goes by the person working the drive thru window gets a negative 5. You could barely hear her at the order kiosk and I let her know but nothing changed. I get to the window and she gives me our food and one frosty when, and my son confirmed, "you clearly ordered two". When I told her she got all annoyed and rolled her eyes then whispered something I couldn't understand. I said I don't know what you said and she whispered it again. If I could give 0 stars, I would I understand technical malfunctions, but this was a trip from hell. A few weeks ago I stopped out of extreme hunger before heading home. Easier than having to make something after spending all day on the road. Pulled to drive thru line, and one person was taking 10 minutes to order, so I went inside. The person in front of me orders and immediately the computers crash. So I go BACk to the drive thru. Where they take my order. I drive up to pay only for them to then tell me they can only take cash. So I wait for the computers. They hand me my food 20 minutes later and a credit card which is not mine. Every time I go to this Wendy's my order is wrong. The never remember the sauces, crackers or sour cream. When I asked for the missing sour cream today, the cashier at first said let me get someone to help you. Then the cashier asked someone else where he would find sour cream. So he must not have been trained properly, because he has no idea where to obtain it. If there was another Wendy's around I would definitely go there instead of this location. read more

We have been going to this Wendy's for years. They no longer offer the nice thick grilled chicken sandwich but now offer only a paper thin overcooked fried chicken sandwich. My wife has been getting the pecan chicken salad with nice grilled chicken slices for years which now has small cubed chicken (?) on brown wilted lettuce. Chili only okay, meal at $18 was a ripoff. Where to start? Well when ordering drive through we were told that ketchup was not optional on a burger. That's not how ketchup works. If it is, "fresh never frozen" is an outright lie. 25 minutes and miles of attitude later, we got home with barely edible sandwiches and cold fries. Luckily, and the only real positive outcome, is that there was so little effort put into the mandatory condiments that my child did not notice the poorly applied topping. This is not Fast or Food, this is Looking through from the outside there are at most 2 people working at the location. The other 10 are apparently perpetually on break. We will never return. Chick-fil-a has 30x the hard working staff, 100% higher quality food, and actual customer service. Even on a Sunday. read more

I'm not expecting Gordon Ramsey...just the basics. I don't like it when people pick out the problems but don't give constructive criticism. I will share with you the secret to 5 stars in my book. 1 Star- Be available. Thank you for being open late. You excel at meeting the mandate of your franchise. I appreciate that, genuinely. 2 Stars- Greet your customer when you stick your hand out for money and expect them to trust you with their credit card. Like you should from one human to another human, say something? Anything?? Please?!? 3 Stars- Talk to the customer if there's a mixup and simply apologize for any delay. It's ok to make mistakes. I promise, I don't bite. 4 Stars- Maybe take 3 seconds to thank the customer instead of barely poking your hand out of the window like I have ebola??? 5 Stars- I dare not say lest we touch the sun. Just kidding...How about just smile or at the very least, try to not look annoyed by the person giving you money? I understand I can be an annoying person, but you don't know that. You don't know me. After all, we haven't even said hello! I know it's not an easy job. I, myself, have worked years in the service industry for less pay and more aggravation. If not for the customer, do it for yourself. Be your own brand and represent yourself with pride. Your day will suck less, I promise. Finally, this review is more directed at shift supervisors and management who work side-by-side with line workers and permit poor service right in front of their face. You're not doing these kids any favors by not correcting these behaviors. If you don't care, they most certainly will not care. I don't write reviews but this place is so bad i have to. I have been twice and both times my order was messed up or missing something, and the only way to get it fixed is to wait in the drive thru since they have the inside locked. Both times i accepted it for what it is because the drive thru wait took 15 minutes both times and the employees are not kind. Wendy's was my favorite fast food but since i just moved here and it's the closest one it looks like i'm done with Wendy's. read more
