I have been ordering the same meal for about six months twice a week and just this week I noticed a 20% increase in the cost of the meal. I asked the manager tonight (7/9/2026) and she had no explanation. She was very nice about it and took my name and number. I have asked the owner/manager of the business to call me directly for an explanation. I feel a 20% increase is excessive A week ago (and I keep all receipts) the meal was $10.06. It is now $12.07. First let me start by saying something positive and that is that everyone that works there has always been very nice. Today is the third time I've been there where the burgers are always burnt! Where's the beef? I ordered a double cheeseburger in the drive through. When I went to eat it, there were two buns and one piece of bacon. The McDonalds in Broomall is the worst. While the employees might act dumb, they were smart enough not to give me a receipt so I couldn't complain on their web site. I have dietary issues. I cannot eat gluten or straight tomatoes. I also hate onions. I used the app because I can customize my meal the way I want. Instead of it being customized, they gave me the burger in full. I ordered hot tea, and they did not give me any sugar or cream or anything to put in it. I also asked for honey mustard for chicken nuggets and got hot sauce. The one right down the road in Havertown always gives me the right order even if it takes a few minutes. Still terrible! Been a couple months since I tried it and it was terrible then. I thought something may have changed for the better but I was wrong. I ordered a McChicken and a make double and a large fry on a Sunday at 9 PM. The Mc chicken was inedible. The bun on the inside was burnt and the chicken was so dry that no amount of mayonnaise could have helped. The fries were Luke warm and starting to get soggy. I was in this McDonald's on Thursday evening 2/10 around 7PM. It was a very disappointing visit. Ordered off the electronic menu took a table marker expecting the food to be brought to the table. I had to go to the counter as my order was called,not by marker number but by food ordered. No drink cups were on the tray. I had to ask for them. Poor service is regular at this location. read more

THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER FOR THE OVERNIGHTS. Someone who knows how to pick dedicated workers who greet you with respect at the window and who's better with inventory. They're always out of something. The full night staff needs to be replaced. They're mainly workers who are slow at working but seem to have all the energy in the world to laugh and giggle in the background. Was already having a bad day, I was starving and this was the closest place for food from where I was leaving from.. Went through the drive thru since the inside was closed.. was at the first speaker and I was ignored and as someone drove up to the second speaker, they were helped first. So I was like ok fine, then placed my order. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Got my food and went to take a bite and they did not give me the bottom bun. How do you forget a bottom bun? Haven't been to McDonalds in a long time and now I know why. Purchased a mushroom Swiss burger meal. What garbage, not sure what it really was but the meat(I think) was red and the mushrooms (I think) were black and didn't look like mushrooms. The cheese looked like plastic. Fries which are usually really good were cold and hard. When I heard the meal was $10 I should have left at that point. I think they call it "Sh;t on a shingle". This place is unbelievable when it comes to getting orders WRONG in the drive thru. I stopped 20 minutes ago to get a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and potato patty on my way home from a doctors appointment. I get my order, made sure there was a sandwich and home fry in the bag and drove home. Silly me....I figured there was no way to screw up an order with only one sandwich but true to past experiences.... they did. When I got home I found the sandwich in the bag was a Sausage McMuffin. Based on my experience, this place screws up drive thru orders about 50% of the time. Unfortunately there is no other McDonalds near by so I could avoid this one. Between wrong orders and having to wait several minutes while "they run my food out to me", if there was any competition I don't think they would be in business.
