Today, I ordered for 2 people and it was all put together kinda sloppy. I had ordered on-line in order to order the Dave's Single daily for a dollar. I ordered online, in writing, and paid online for a chili with cheese (.60 extra for cheese), baked potato with butter and sour cream. I got my order to the picnic area at the beach and there was no cheese, no butter, no sour cream, no crackers for chili, no spoon, no fork, no salt and pepper, no napkins. They don't deserve a single star. They took 30 minutes to get our food out through the drive thru. The chicken nuggets were cold and fries were absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms very unkept. Dining area had dirt all over the floor. Broom was laying in the middle of the dining room floor along with dust pan. Drink station smelt very sour along with mildew built up on the drink stations. Condiments were wet and some all over the place. Tables were not wiped. All while all these things needed attention, the person who takes orders for the dining area decided on drinking and walking back and forth at the cashier area instead of attending to the dining as needed. Worker look unhappy and don't say anything when you walk in. The store could thrive if management ran the store they way it should be and have the workers Complete the task that are needed to keep a clean and healthy environment. They asked me how can they take my order and I told them one moment please and not even 10 seconds later they said it again a nd then I said one moment again and they asked it again and then another lady yelled through the speaker how can I help you? Such a rude lady. Ambience was completely horrible, by far the most rude people I've ever met. You might get more customers if you got rid of that one lady I should've asked for a name but I didn't. This is the closest Wendy's to our house, and I usually prefer Wendy's over other fast food. My wife and I have given them numerous chances, but I'm done. The specific location constantly has slow, unattentive employees. Three separate times they've either forgotten an item, or gotten an item in our orders wrong. Any food prepared is usually a mess, is sometimes cold and, once served us an obviously stale burger bun. I've only ordered inside once, and the staff took nearly 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. They were either wandering in the back, or cracking jokes with each other. The interior was filthy with dirty tables, and sticky floors littered with trash. No hyperbole when I say this may be one of the worst fast food places I've been in my 39 years of life. read more

I have to say I see lot's of bad reviews on here. But just maybe after Wendy's got a rebuild and new staff after the storm they will keep up the good work with being clean, good food and nice staff. I have been there quiet a few times over the past few months and I always use the drive thru window. My order has always been correct and they always get me whatever I ask for ect...napkins, sauces, ect. No problems with any of the staff at either window paying or getting food. The service has been pretty fast because I have been there with plenty of cars in front of me. My only complaint with Wendy's is where the hell do ya'll buy lettuce from. I don't care how many times i get a burger it's the same thing. One lettuce leaf with a huge stalk/stem in it that I have to remove every single time. Keep up the good work Wendy's I'm enjoying being able to stop by after a long days work and grab a bite to take home. Ordered a # 1 which is a single beef patty with cheese. After I drove all the way home in flood conditions I find out I have a damn fish sandwich and my receipt even says a single patty with cheese! Terrible terrible customer service..I was ordering through drive thru at this location. First off the lady on the other end of the speaker box was absolutely rude and rushed me to order..I get up to the window and no one was there to greet me. I was not given a recipt. And they had my order all messed up. I ordered a side salad and a few miles down the road notice that they did not even put it in my bags. Also I get home and my husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave us a double stacker. I tried to call to talk to a manager countless times just now and no answer..
