The employee who prepared our food had a rude attitude from the moment we ordered. She was carelessly throwing the food together, piling on toppings without paying attention, and didn't seem to care that she was making the sandwiches right in front of us. When we asked about the meal of the day, she responded in a very unfriendly and dismissive way. She also gave us the wrong cookies, but by that point our experience had been so unpleasant that we didn't even feel like asking her to fix it. When we finally sat down to eat, our sandwiches were so messy that they were difficult to eat. Overall, the customer service and food quality were both disappointing. I would not recommend this Subway based on our experience, and I hope the employee receives additional customer service training so future customers have a better experience.
