Raising Canes is a chain restaurant so really all you are going on is each individual experience at a location. We were only allowed to go thru the drive thru as their dining room was closed due to the Corona Virus. Most times we have been here while their dining area was closed, we have experience a HUGE line, especially tonight as the line wrapped around the building TWICE (see pic). I guess that says something for their food as people (including my wife and I) are willing to wait in this long of a line for chicken tenders ! After we made our way through this "conga line" of cars we were greeted and placed our order and received Fresh / Hot food and made our way to a parking spot to enjoy our dinners (again the dining room was closed due to covid) read more

Ok, guys: I drove all the way from NY to visit family here in Ohio and (not so secretly) was more excited about going to Cane's than anything else because I hadn't had any since before the pandemic. Got in a long line at the drive-thru, ordered up a storm expecting what I normally get and WHAT?!? The chicken fingers were literally HALF (or less than) the size of the ones I'd had last time I was here. What is UP, son?!? This is absolutely positively lame. I had to dig through the fries to find the chicken fingers! Not sure what is going on (chicken isn't GOLD, btw), but you guys need to put it back the way it was or I'm done coming to Cane's. People have expectations (that YOU set) and to pay the same price and get half of what I used to is not at all acceptable. - A very dissatisfied customer. read more

Chicken okay, coleslaw okay, bread AMAZING! The wait and staff... could use a little work but all in all good place.

The Good: This place is great, food is always good and cooked fresh to order. Occasionally they will have trouble getting food out from the window but not normally. Always buzzing but still manage to get your order out quickly. Sauce is amazing and always still a secret. Staff is great always friendly. Bathrooms always in great shape. The Bad: One thing I do wanna note is that it seems like the size of chicken fingers is hit and miss some days. (So order more than you think you'll need) Some days they are large other days a bit smaller. (Does not depend on time of day) If you are planning to eat here do not order to go. Take your time to enjoy the beautiful patio they have! (Plus the condensation builds up on the top of the styrofoam box they put your food in and will make your bread and fries wet or soggy) I've heard a lot of people say that after the chicken gets cold it turns to rubber and it is not enjoyable. However I cannot attest to this as I always finish my meals before I leave. IT'S SOOO GOOD!!! The food is definitely good. Reasonably priced if you order just what you eat. It's in Chillicothe, however, and we are rarely there.

Normally this is my favorite place in town, it's always good, but today was a lot different, almost no fries in the box, toast may as well have been sold as bread (wasn't cooked more than about 6 seconds it looks like) chicken itself was good as always but everything else wasn't there today, disappointing for one of the better chicken places in town. read more

I stopped by this location of Raisin' Canes today for lunch and I was not disappointed. The staff was polite, courteous and prompt. The food was as fresh and delicious as I've ever had at any Raisin' Canes. We had ordered a box combo and a caniac combo and they did not disappoint! 5/5! Small menu but the chicken fingers are so good they can carry the whole place. Wish there were more sauce options since I am one of the weirdos of the world who don't love their special dipping sauce, and the only other options is honey mustard which also wasn't amazing (too sweet for me).
