While I've been to many other Chic-fil-a locations, I've never seen such long wait and lines at one before. The couple times I've visited the Parkersburg location I've had to wait in a line for upwards of 15 minutes...bit wild for a chicken sandwich in my opinion. read more

I have traveled a lot here recently and ate at multiple Chick-Fil-A restaurants, but I'm always disappointed in them because none of them are as good as this one here in my hometown. They take so much more pride in providing good quality food and the staff is always pleasant. The food is always hot and their salads are always fresh. The Cobb Salad is my favorite! They also have a routine down in the drive thru so if you see a line wrapped around the building, don't let that deter you. The line moves faster here with 20 cars ahead of you than a line at any other drive thru with just 5 cars! read more

Chick-fil-A just makes me happy. The waffle fries, awesome chicken nuggets (or chicken strips when I want to feel like an adult), fresh lemonade. Yum, it's all there. This is a place that children will beg for that we adults are actually fine with going to! The play place is small, but it's nice because it isn't so big that you lose track of which child is yours. And my husband and I get tasty fast-food. No terrible Burger King burgers for us! But the kids still get to play and all of us eat our food, yes! read more

Decided to change it up a bit and got a strawberry milkshake - not really one of the best ones I've had but still pretty good. It's not as thick as other ones so you won't have trouble using the straw. Heads up - they also only come in small or large sizes I believe so if you're craving a milkshake you've gotta decide between those two! I also got waffle fries but unfortunately didn't really get that many even though I got a medium size :( read more

Easily one of my favorite places to eat. The service is always great along with the food. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because sometimes the waffle fries aren't all the way done when I get them. And when I ask for extra sauce on my order, I always have to ask again at the window because they don't do it when it's on the order. read more

Huge shout out to the staff of this location. It was a very busy Saturday and because they were smart enough to have enough people working we got through the line quickly and even had multiple people coming around asking if they could refill drinks or get us anything. Most businesses could take lessons from chick fil a and do what is right for the customer and the sales will come. read more

My wife and I visited the restaurant on 8/3/19 with our three small boys. We accidentally ordered the adult meals instead of the kids meals and the manager felt bad for us and gave us the additional kids meals for free. This was a surprise and was truly kind. We stopped at this restaurant on Wed. 8-1-2012. A great experience and well worth our 100 mile round trip. The lines were long that day as they were deluged with the supporters of Chick-fil-A appreciation day. The food was great, the waffle fries tasted like fresh potatoes, chicken breast on my sandwich was moist and flavorful and wasn't dripping grease like most deep fried food from other fast food joints, the chicken wrap my wife had had plenty of filling and she enjoyed it, the cole slaw was better than KFC's and the chocolate fudge brownie was the best I have ever had. The price to feed two of us was less than $15. The staff were all still smiling even though it was late afternoon, and all seemed to be efficiently working and courteous. The place was surprisingly clean since they were as busy as they were. Since it was too crowded to eat in the restaurant wednesday we went back there today to have a sit down meal so we could relax and enjoy our food inside. The manager/franchise owner made a point of stopping at all the tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. Next time we're in the area we intend to visit there again as the meal and staff were all pleasant and the value for food was good. read more
