We always stop here when we are driving to PA to visit relatives. It is so easy ordering on the app. We pick inside pickup. By the time we go to the restroom our order is normally ready. I love the Chick fil a salads and this location probably makes one of the best ones. They are always big and loaded with toppings. The employees are super helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are clean. We don't normally eat in but it looks clean. Great place to stop in when on a road trip due to the proximity to the interstate. Well done. read more

I don't like to be negative but I had a bad experience at this location that I never have to deal with at other locations. First off this drive thru is a mess- if you mobile order there is no separate line so you end up waiting just as long as everyone else. Today there was 4 workers in the drive thru and they apparently don't communicate well with the order of people in a line cuz my car and the one in front of me were skipped while 5+ other vehicles that got in line behind us got to order first. I had to get someone's attention to show we didn't get to order. I'm gluten free and ordered grilled nuggets- didn't say the gluten free part but apparently she didn't hear the grilled part or whatever and after picking up my food from the window and pulling over to the complicated traffic light, I find breaded nuggets in my bag with a receipt that shows regular nuggets were ordered. I had to do an illegal turn around in a 1 way lane to get back to the restaurant. Then I had to leave my toddler in the car to go inside to have them correct the order. Waited an additional 10 min while the workers at the store front socialized and were on their phones. Hopefully this review gets attention to management to teach the team to work as a team- also a little bummed that no one tried to go above and beyond here. My primary issue is the layout and workflow of the new location. I went to this location twice. The first time, I was so confused at their layout. I felt like the second time would go smoother - but it didn't. I ordered during lunchtime (once during the weekday and once during weekend) a number 2 combo. Location: sweet hotspot Service: fantastic per usual Quality of food: great per usual Layout/workflow: problematic with the drive thru 1) white arrows on pavement are misleading prior to entering the two lanes for the drive through. Pay attention because you can easily use the parking lot "lane" instead of entering the drive thru "lane". 2) once you enter into the drive thru lane, you will be able two split off into one of two lanes (per usual). 3) team members will take your order from your car. after you place your order, you'll pay then receive your receipt. 4) the two lanes continue all the way until order pickup. There is no pickup window. Team members will hand deliver your order to your car. This piece was a consistent issue- seems like the team members were confused and had a challenging time determine which order goes to which car. I could tell this was frustrating for them and felt bad! The car in front of me got the wrong order. I got the right order but had to wait until the car in front's issue was resolved. Long story short- I understand the new concept of drive thru. It definitely has potential. But it's an operational mess and should be reevaluated to ensure success for the team members and improve the customer experience. read more

The last three times we've visited, all in the last month, the food was less than good. First time we specifically asked for creamy Dijon sauce and didn't get it. Second time the chicken filets had obviously been refried to heat old filets back up. There ought to be a law against that. I had a rough week, so went to Loving Hut for dinner, but low and behold, this location is no longer run by the same Mongolian family. I was super bummed - the new management has taken their Love Letter to the Earth salad OFF the menu. Equal parts mad and sad, I didn't stay. Decided to try this newish CFA. This brick and mortar was actually rather nice inside; it being something like almost a year or two old, it's still clean. Several tables, booths and one communal table. I was kinda surprised they have a small kids climbing gym - these have definitely gone nearly extinct do to the lawsuits that were popping up everywhere in the 90s and 2000s. I got the Cobb Salad, subbed their grilled nuggets for the breaded sort, and small fries. The fries were pretty luke warm, nothing spectacular but coulda been worse. Salad was quite good for fast-food. Didn't skimp on the roman lettuce mix (NOT consisting of the stuff that looks like dandelion weeds), BIG plus; cut down to a more manageable size, too (pay attention McD's!). Good amount of fresh hot nugget pieces, which I like CFA's grilled chicken's taste. Fries were definitely not from the freshest batch, but still kinda warm, and still somewhat soft/not too hard yet. I decided to dine-in, and the lines for registers and pick-up seemed to keep moving; the drive-thru was quite busy, but, again, outside workers taking orders seemed to help keep it flowing. read more

As is typical with most Chick-Fil-A restaurants, the service here is outstanding for a fast-food joint. We have visited twice (a lot for my family as we don't do fast food very often). Each time the order was correct, hot and delicious. Upon pulling up to the parking lot entrance both times, we were worried because the line was to the street, but each time we got through the entire process in less than 10 minutes. Their staff is very young, but they were friendly and professional during both visits. We will be back to this location in the future when we need a quick meal while out running errands in this part of town. read more

The food was amazing. A warm burrito with ample sausage and hash brown filling. I had to remind myself that this is a new location, as the drive through process was interesting. The cones made it appear that they were only using one available lane, other drivers viewed the cones as an agility course so quickly there were two lanes flowing. I think at least five cars that arrived after me were served first. The end result was inevitable backup. The lack of online ordering isn't helping the situation. It feels they have employees who due to the system not being up yet are having trouble knowing what to do. You can still redeem rewards with the receipt. read more

4/18/23 at 4:29pm upon receiving my food I checked my bags and realized I didn't have salt or ketchup When I asked the young lady she rolled her eyes and proceeded to get me my salt and ketchup. I wanted to get a breakfast sandwich which must be ordered by 10:30 a.m. I ordered the sandwich requesting the muffin bacon sandwich. I was given the biscut bacon sandwich. I quickly went back around to the window to get the correct sandwich. i was told that they were no longer in the breakfast time period so I could get my money back or get a lunch sandwich. I asked for my money back but i had already taken a bite out or the biscut sandwich so I was told I had to give the sandwich back to them or I could not get my refund. I knew they were going to just throw the sandwich away but they would rather do that then to try to be flexible since i was not going to get the breakfast sandwich i wanted. I got my refund and nothing more. I believe there should have been some type of compensation for the frustration. It is so sad that they could not flex to make the sandwich that I requested merely because we were 5 minutes outside of the breakfast window. Food is good. Great quality. However, I gave only 4 stars because this is the least efficient Chick-fil-A I've been to. The drive-thru is atrocious. At all the other Chick-fil-A's I've been to the person takes your order and yells, "Store!" and they tell you which vehicle to follow, but not here. There is no organization. They frequently get my order incorrect. It's simple things like giving me fried chicken instead of grilled or giving me a medium lemonade when I paid for a large. They also do not give you receipts when you pay--this is a huge dissatisfier. They give you a receipt attached to your bag with items ordered but not a receipt with prices. I ordered lunch for 6 people and without a receipt was left guessing with how much each person owed. I asked the person who took my order for a receipt and was told the person at the window could give me one. When I asked that employee, they did not know how to print a receipt. read more
