Ambiance- Rating 1 No one dining inside only Door Dash Delivery Drivers, as if inside was dedicated to them. Staff acknowledge Door Dash Delivery Drivers before customers simply trying to place an order due to Drive Thru being wrapped around the building AC dripped down over the inside register and over the food counter of where prepared items were being placed. Visible signs of mold has formed around the condensation dripping from the AC unit. No Viaible "Wet Floor Signs" posted advising of hazard. When advised to worker, worker showed No interest of the wet floor being brought to the attention of. Food-Rating 6- Was prepared to order. OverAll could have been a better than it could have been experience if even acknowledged, greeted with a smile, or even if the manager who looked to be over it even exuded his strive to meet customers satisfaction was met. But even the Door Dash Delivery drivers who frequent this location is use to the poor customer service and the lack of employee enthusiasm about being employed for a job applied for. read more

Even though I accidentally didn't hit submit on my app by the time I entered the store, I finally hit submit and within a few minutes it was ready. Worst order accuracy EVER!! Only go here when you want to eat what you didn't order and have to wait 20 mins for it. Do not place online orders here. They have parking spots labeled for mobile order pickup, but they do not let you use them. Instead, you must wait on the drive thru lane and tell them about your online order when you finally get to the speaker. This totally defeats the purpose of making an online order. read more

The managers there are so rude. Found a roach in our fries.They took 25 minutes to get my order correctly and when I complained after seeing the roach and waiting so long they said that they don't need our business if we complain to corporate because they make millions of dollars and their customers are just clones that will eat there no matter how much they say they will never come back that they will always be back because they love their food. Make sure to take snacks, bottled water and your favorite novel because the line stays wrapped around the building and out the parking lot. It's ridiculous but you can't complain when you had one too many drinks and needing some fries for your late nite cravings. The food is fresh most times but you may get a mixed up order. Also I have called to speak to the manager twice about rude employees and the manager seemed just as quick and snappy as the window worker. Drive through will always ask you to pull up to walk out a simple order. Two out of three have been wrong. Contacted corporate twice and never got a call back on a order that was definitely not mine. They said the owner was the GM, and then said the franchise owner would call me. Never happened. When you get your food it is always made properly, and that is the only reason I give it 2 stars. The owner needs to communicate better and find a better, and new management staff. read more

I already don't eat fast food unless it's Chic-Fil- A, and tonight reminded me why, but my son requested Wendy's so that's where I took him. The car line was wrapped around the building so we decided to go inside. For starters, the inside of the restaurant smelled like a dirty house that hasn't been cleaned in forever. There was only 4 people in front of us standing in line. We walked into the restaurant at 7:39pm and we literally just walked out at 8:09pm. 30 minutes in line!! I have been to this location multiple times and I am always disappointed with the costumer service. The drive through takes much longer than a fast food restaurant should. I was number 6 in line and it took over 20 minutes before I received my food. Once I finally pulled up to the window, the girl working the drive through was eating food, and her mouth was too full to greet me. I got my food, started down the road, fries were cold and did not taste fresh, no sauce (but it is listed on the receipt), and a chicken sandwich.( I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, which is also listed on the receipt). I hate leaving bad reviews but this isn't the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. I enjoy Wendy's food so that's why I keep returning, but this location needs new management or something. You guys need to go take notes from Chick Fila. They know customer service and their staff is friendly and professional. I guess you get what you pay for... Slowest "fast" food in the area. On a Sunday afternoon, sat in the drive through line without moving for 8 minutes. So I had my son get out and walk inside while I parked. Only two people inside the restaurant, and finally, 10 minutes later, we're pulling out of the parking lot following the car I was initially behind in the drive through to start with. The worst part? Don't try speaking to the manager if you have an issue with the food or the staff, they aren't any help. If you go to this location ask for Maria. She is always the only kind, sweet person there. Barely stretching two stars on this one, but between customers causing me to wait longer for a simple order, I don't want to come back here. My food was completely up to par, so nothing wrong at all with that. The staff was definitely not happy to be there, even though it was a Saturday, I can understand but there is no need to be blatantly cynical and negative in front of the customers. One of the older ladies who looked like she was of management kept yelling at one girl to "look alive" and stop "standing around like you ain't got nothing to do". Kinda rude in my opinion. So I am definitely no a BIG fan of the red head. I was just raised to to follow weird creatures that were the underlings of a creepy clown. Last night though as we drove by my regular quickie, I made a fast stop at my local Wendy's. One thing I have noticed is there have been a bit of changes. Some additions and subtractions. Wait you took away my frosty with MIX'INS!!!!!????? It was bad enough when they got rid of the cookie dough mix'in, but take them away all together? You just lost yourself 4$. We arrived around 8pm. No line at the drive-thru which I love. I ordered a double baconator, 2 large fries, and a cheese baked potato. No I did not engulf all that food. My lovely wife got a fry and the potato. Here is the breakdown: Baconator- 11/13 cows. pretty dam good. I like bacon a little crunchier. The patties were nice and full, nice portion of bacon. My only question is this...When I ordered it with no Cheese and no mayo(if it came with it) he lady rang up no cheese, add ketchup. Why???That confused me. My biggest quam was the lack of ketchup. I am pretty sure 1ml of ketchup is not enough. Luckily my kitchen is equipped for emergencies. THE FRIES!- 85/100 %DV of sodium. I do not know about you but when I first had the new Sea Salt fries, I was very impressed. They are by far my favorite new fast food burger joint fries. Just do not tell that funny looking guy with the big feet. Did I mention all the fries stayed home by the time I got home??? score!!! Baked potato- Yeah baked potato is pretty hard to screw up... So I give it score of mehh.. Not amazing but not great. They also shorted on the sour cream. I have worked in the food industry. They make a killing on practically everything they sell. Soda is like 99% profit when you order one. However they will go bankrupt if they give an adequate amount of condiments. WTF??? Overall, good experience and about 13$. If I could give no stars I would - it is a very rare occasion that I give a negative review but something needed to be said about this place and hopefully the owners/operators will see this and address it. My 8 year old girl wanted to eat here and so did my 5 year old boy. We went inside with the intent to order and eat inside. One person was in front of me and I realized immediately it was an employee off duty. So we waited patiently until their conversation was done - about 45sec felt much longer, she then left and we had yet to be acknowledged, 3 people were up front and we are still waiting with no greet. Now 2minutes have passed since the girl left. I thought something was wrong so I waited a little while longer patiently, a customer came in and was behind us. After about another 30 seconds, the customer asked if I was being waited on. I politely told her no. Finally after being in the rest. For 5 minutes just standing there they asked if I have been helped. I told them no. She asked what we wanted I placed one of 3 orders hen she asked who was on the grill. Without any notice or apology she just walked to the back another girl then stepped up and said what can I get you. I was in disgust. Politely I told them we do not want anything and we will not be back. They didn't apologize no remarks. I truly will not be back to that location and unfortunately we live less than a mile away. Hair in food...slow drive-thru service Filthy dining room area...customers eat at your own risk...Let me start by saying I should have noticed to pull off BUT I waited patiently in the drive-thru line on a Saturday afternoon for 10min(without the line moving) when I finally placed the order and arrived at the window, you guessed it the food was not ready! So, I had to pull up and wait for my food to be prepared and brought out to me..hmm let's see another 10min wait so now that is 20 min OMG!! Needless to say when the food came out it was incorrect..now I am really aggravated..so I advised the employee and she looked at me as if she was in shocked HUH that was my expression as well..Needless to say I decided to go inside to address the issue to the manager, funniest thing the manager was not aware I had came inside and was making smart comments about the order being incorrect as well as the employee that came to the car...when they BOTH realized I was inside hmm they looked as if they had seen a ghost :) can you imagine...well I advised the manager of the order being incorrect and the presence of HAIR in the food (fries)..the manager didn't THINK to apologize as proper customer service equiette would have been the appropriate measure to take...her response was seems like your order is complete now would you like a frosty (NOOOO)....Really!! Now considering the time it took to wait/place the order and then further wait for it to be completed...I ended up sending 30min at this horrible fastfood franchise! I truly hope the district manager as well as the owners of this particular establishment reads this review as your management team on down needs to have customer service equiette 101! read more
