First off I think the young man they had working the cash register seemed a little slow, or "special". So he just stared at the line of people waiting to order and did not take an order until someone directed him. Then he forgot to give the lady in front of me a cup, when both of us finally got cups, the fancy self serve soda machine did not work. Had to go back and get him to get us drinks from the drive through which took a lot longer than you would think. Not only did they not fix it, but they did not put a sign up nor did he offer to get them drinks just kept on handing out cups so everyone had to figure it out and go back! If I could leave zero stars I would! Came in around 7:30 on a Sunday morning starving finishing up my load OTR. Came to get breakfast at Wendy's and as I'm leaving the two men working ( both African-American) are having a racist conversation about how they don't like black women And saying sexual gestures about white women and how sweet they taste. Not caring if I heard them or not even though I had on headphones that are not playing music. This made me extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, I don't even feel comfortable eating my food. I love most Wendy's locations (despite their usual slow service). This location is awful. Staff refused to serve customers, told people to leave, had only 10% of drink options stocked in 1 of their 2 mixed drink dispensers. The cheese on sandwiches wasn't melted, nuggets were cold, fries had many whole wedges mixed in (not sliced right), the rewards wouldn't apply, and the cashier refused to get manager assistance to apply a promo coupon. The line was sooooooo slow (~20mins) for the 1 regular sized order in front of us. I understand the labor market is hard and fast food is a thankless industry / workers deserve grace and kindness, but I recommend not wasting your time and money for a negative experience. read more

My visit was disgraceful. I took a family of 5 to eat here and the G.M Misty ruined my appetite with her disresptful mouth,rude behavior and aggressive body language. Rushed us at the box while deciding. Slammed every bag down in front of us, yelled thru the open window to get the drive time down insinuating that we needed to hurry. I asked for her name and the cashier shut the window and refused to acknowledge us. Not even to give us our drinks. She said she's the gm so my complaint would only reach her. I find this remarkable. That your establishment would allow a GM that kind of authority. Who holds her and her team accountable? Thats who id like to be made aware. District manager? Regional manager? Well now my experience makes sense. It took over 10mins for my order to be taken then an additional 24mins to reach the window to find out they "can't find" my order. When order was brought out part of the order was missing and they didn't bring the drink because the drink machine was down and didn't know if he could give refund because I didn't know where I had put receipt. I frequent at this Wendy's often on my lunch break and even for dinner sometimes. I've never had a problem with rude customer servicer and it is usually a pleasant experience. Even when it takes a while to wait for my food, I have never complained and been patient. Even when they have gotten my order wrong, which is often, I never complained and just dealt with it and always return. Despite the bad reviews for the worker's attitudes, I still always had a good experience with them. Today at 11:15AM, I went to order a plain chicken sandwich. When initially ordering, I was cut off by the employee and asked to repeat myself. When I started to repeat myself, I was cut off again with "yea plain we got it" in a rude and sarcastic manner/attitude. That did not settle well with me so I decided to drive off. Upon passing the window, both girls working it were laughing at the situation and one looked straight at me and laughed. I will not be returning here anymore and will tell others of my experience. This is sad considering the older woman who usually works it, is nice and pleasant to me. But the two younger girls who were rude and laughed at me, have ruined it for me.
