My partner and I came through the drive through at around 10:15 PM, he ordered a biggie bag, extra nuggets, and a frosty. They forgot the sauce, didn't give him the drink, and had the AUDACITY to ask if he still wanted the frosty with the order. He told the lady at the drive thru yes he still wanted it, she hands it to him and he turns to ask for the drink that came with the meal and she walked off and he never got it . Todays workers on 12/02/23 closed breakfast and flipped the signs outside at 10:23 am and told me breakfast was closed but the lady in front of me had the lunch menu in front of her and still got to order breakfast and had all the breakfast food options and then told me we ran out of breakfast. Bull shit do your job and these are the people that want more pay but will mess up my order and probably countless other orders. This wendy's sucks. It took 40 mins just to get our food. They forgot our nuggets and gave me a completely different burger than I ordered. Which was irritating because we told them Jr. Cheeseburger NOT Jr. Cheesebuger Deluxe like 4 seperate times. Not sure why the other reviews weren't great. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly. Thursday night is kids night. What an awesome kids night. Kids meals were $1.29 each which is a great kids night in itself, but they also had activities for the kids! There was a really good balloon artist there that was super friendly and I'm pretty sure she can make anything you can imagine. We ate in, so my kids could enjoy themselves. Food was hot and fresh and just as I ordered with all their requests (no this no that). And they had free wifi! Definitely will be back. read more

This is literally the WORST Wendy's location I have ever been to in my life. The guy working the drive thru was incredibly rude and wasn't trying to give me my receipt. Then when i pulled forward to get my food the guy in that window literally poured out my beverage and put more ice in it..I watched him do it. This Wendy's is literally hit or miss depending on the staff... the girl tonight gave me chilli sauce as hot sauce? Maybe if she'd stop talking to a co worker and paid attention to what I ordered, then she'd comprehended what I was asking for. This is the closest Wendy's to my house along with about 15 other places to eat. I have had numerous issues ranging from cold fries, missing food to no receipt for my purchases. Sometimes the people are great and sometimes they are a disinterested group that don't care and give lousy service. This last time I was shorted food again. My list of missing food from this location is as follows: three burgers on one ticket, fries (several times), chili, and large frosty's that are not in a car to go container and the lids aren't tight and the Frosty is laying down in the bag creating a mess!!!! I finally called the 800 number for Wendy's HQ and they were to get me a credit for my missing food and messed up drinks. They were to call the store and I was to get a call back.......it never happened! It's a shame that you have locations that give a company a bad name! This Wendy's is a nightmare to go to. It rarely takes me less than twenty minutes to go through the drive-thru, even with just a car or two ahead if me and takes longer if I try to run inside. The employees are less than thrilled to be there and seem to have no clue what they are doing. Almost every visit, my order is wrong, even when the order was right on the screen. I don't usually have time to turn around and go back in, especially when it took forever to get my food in the first place.
