The outside patio area was cute and clean, they seemed to be very lean on the staffing but for being short staffed they were very attentive and had such great attitudes although you can tell it was sometimes stressful as more people started coming in. Everyone in our party of 9 enjoyed everything we ordered. I ordered the 3 tender meal. The tenders are huge so unless you plan on sharing the 3 tenders is plenty. My husband and I looked at the Cluck N Mooh menu online and everything looks so good that we decided to go by and try it. The staff were very friendly. I got a Avo Avo black bean burger with sweet potato fries and my husband got the Mooshroom burger with garlic parm fries. All of our food was delicious. The fries were crunchy. The burgers were great. There aren't any pictures because it was so good that we ate quickly. The manager, Dev, was so personable. He greeted all of the customers as if they were his friends, and he even sat and visited with us at our table for a little while. We will definitely be back and we will bring our family. read more

I had lunch here with my son. It was not busy. We were told to sit anywhere. The first table we sat at the entire table top was loose, and the chair was tilting to the side, and I felt like I was going to be dumped out on the floor. We moved to another table that was remarkably similar. The third table was OK and I sat on the booth side. This really put me off and I'm glad we had the opportunity to find a table that wasn't falling apart. Our server was great. Friendly and very capable. He and the bartender apologized about the chairs and tables. Our food was great. I had a single burger and it was enough. Anything kore would have left me feeling stuffed. Very poor experience. We only came because we were sent a coupon for a free milkshake. The kids meals were $11 each. We got a different kind of fry or tater tot with each one and they were all bland. We were told they included a drink, but when we got the check we were charged for the drinks separately. We brought this up and at that time we were told the drinks cost separate. Ordered chicken tenders garlic Parmesan and they came in a thick gravy like sauce, did not taste like garlic or Parmesan. Get him some more ordered the shake, and it did not come at all like the picture. Total was over $70 for three kids meals and a couple chicken tenders. We feel ripped off. read more

The bbq oink burger was SPADES! 100% will order this again, best burger I've had from a restaurant in a long time. We also ordered the mango habanero wings and they were done well. Would probably get the regular hot wings next time to mix it up. Also, the garlic Parmesan fries were awesome! The margarita was on point and worth every penny especially with the mango spiced straw. The shake was kinda disappointing. It just didn't meet expectations of being what I'd expect for $9 for a chocolate shake. Might try the spiked shake next time and see if that adds the magic. Service: The staff wasn't great wasn't terrible. To be fair they kept our water filled up. Just not super friendly. Saw our order in the window for a good while before it was brought to the table. Facility: Our biggest beef with this place is it doesn't seem to be clean. When you're spending $50 you want it to be clean. It could really easily get to 5 stars and I hope it does next time we visit because the food was solid and definitely worth another try as it might've been an off night. read more

Has this place changed owners or something? We ate in the Acworth 7 hills spot during Thanksgiving week. The service was good from the waitress was friendly and nice. And the fried pickles were, you know, pickled and fried, pretty decent. We did need to ask for the sauces (and a few extras) they came with. We also ordered several orders of tots and fries, because they are sold separately. When our entrees arrived we all looked around like we must have gotten each others order. Unfortunately almost everyone's order was wrong. It wouldn't be a big deal if the toppings were off a little. But some people ordered double patty burgers with cheese, were charged for doubles and got single burgers with the wrong toppings. The vibe was ok but we left a little disappointed and very confused. They will add automatic tip if you have over a certain amount of people. Just so you know. read more

I have waited all of this time to try this restaurant and it was absolutely horrible!! They piled a bunch of barbecue sauce on some huge chicken tenders that were undercooked. Not impressed. Walk in, no one to greet you, menus sort of casually thrown around, not a very organized look. Seated ourselves, and just waited. Finally a gentleman came to take our order. Husband had a cheeseburger, I had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It took a while - there were 2 ppl working and maybe 6 customers. Husband said burger was ok, the salad was a nice size and chicken seemed freshly cooked but definitely not cooked all the way. Should have had a much larger bowl, hard to eat as stuff kept falling out onto the table. The restaurant looks thrown together, like they couldn't decide what the brand was supposed to be. There is a huge bar but no bartender, and I think our server might have cooked our food. There is potential there - need to get a handle on things. Bummer review . I REALLY want this place to be better than it is. 2 visits and neither one was great. Both visits were for lunch . Both times, we had different but both incredibly strange servers. Having been a server myself in my youth, I try to be supportive of those in the profession. While neither was rude, they both had just extremely weird demeanors and lack of good quality server training. First server just hovered and stared at us on the patio. Unclear if they didn't have any other tables inside or if we were their only table, but hovering and standing a few feet away staring at your customers is not going to make them feel at ease. 2nd server, working solo on a Tuesday afternoon, did not come out to greet us for several minutes, so we awkwardly stood in the doorway calling out trying to get someone's attention (we walked in about 10 minutes after opening and could hear staff laughing and talking in the back but no one was bothering to keep an eye on the front of the restaurant for customers) Server comes out after my spouse had to literally go into the kitchen to be heard to alert them to our presence. He then took our order, sent it in, and proceeded to basically parkour around the dining room , jumping and flipping around between the tables . We were the only customers, and this made the whole experience very awkward , watching him leap around the restaurant . Not some great crime or anything, just super awkward. Now on to the food- Visit one, my food was great! No complaints. My friend, however, ordered a Coke. The soda syrup clearly was not working correctly because it was basically pure Coke syrup, undrinkable. Since the server was lurking a couple feet away, we immediately were able to alert them to the issue, and they replaced it with a sweet tea, which tasted days old and terrible. Also alerted server , and she went with water instead. She ordered the 3 tenders in garlic parm sauce. They were so over-fried that they were rock hard, and they came absolutely swimming in oily sauce. It was like soup . She ate her fries and declined a replacement meal, just requested to have it removed from the bill, which the server did. 2nd visit, the server brought out our food, minus the garlic parm fries. Only then does he inform us that they were out of garlic parm fries. Ok. Would have been nice to know before the food came out so we could pick something else. After he told us they didn't have the fries, we awkwardly just looked at each other as I waited for him to ask us if we wanted something else instead. He didn't, so I asked myself if we could check the menu again for an alternative. We ordered the shoestring fried onions. They did not come out until we were completely done with our meal. Mind you we were the only customers dining in, and while we were there 1 delivery driver came in for a pick up of 1 bag of food. The kitchen was absolutely not frenzied . Those onions should have taken 3-5 min max to make it to our table, not 20. So they were taken to go, and the server brought over a hand written coupon IOU for an order of the fries at our next visit . Sadly, it's unlikely we will be returning. read more

I had the turkey burger which was way better than it should be. Well done tots were near perfection. Onion straws and fries were both great. Next time I will stick to a basic shakes, all the extras for my strawberry shake maybe fun for the kiddos but not for an adult. I usually don't leave negative reviews, especially as someone who's been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I currently own two restaurants in Georgia and previously owned one in Nevada, so I fully understand how things work behind the scenes. Mistakes happen. But how you respond to those mistakes is what makes or breaks your reputation. I placed an order through Uber Eats. The driver delivered the wrong order. No big deal, that can happen. I called the restaurant, spoke with the manager, and politely asked if he could redrop the fries since they would have to be resent anyway. He said no, that he had just bagged them up. Not exactly the response you would expect when a customer spent good money, especially when you know the food is about to sit even longer while the driver makes a second trip. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When the replacement order arrived, it was completely wrong. I paid almost 19 dollars for each burger and added everything. Egg, avocado, grilled onions, cheese, the works. What I received was a basic burger. Just lettuce, tomato, and a little mayonnaise. Nothing else. Both burgers were wrong, and I was embarrassed because I had company over and had been hyping up how good this place usually is. I tried calling back immediately, and suddenly the phone went straight to voicemail. I tried several more times. No answer. No way to reach a person. I didn't want to leave a bad review. I know how frustrating it is to be judged without a chance to make things right. But I did try to give you that chance. You just didn't care enough to answer. This isn't just about food. It's about customer service. You're in Acworth. If you can't get the basics right, like answering the phone, correcting simple mistakes, and making customers feel valued, you will not last. People are spending their hard-earned money during tough times. The least you can do is treat that with some respect. Well anyway, if you look at my record, because I do a lot of my work from home and I manage restaurants, I order from you at least three times a week. You lost a customer. I will never order again. I will never refer anyone to you. And I will tell everyone I know in Acworth and in the restaurant industry to avoid your business. You had a good thing going. Quick and courteous service. I particularly liked the outdoor seating area where well mannered dogs are allowed to join their family. We both like simple food and ordered a burger, with cheese. Let's face it, if that's not good then all the add ons in the world won't make it worth eating. Pleasantly surprised the burger was tasty and the bun was excellent. A dab of butter on the bun added a nice finish to the taste. We will go back for one of their signature burgers and bring the dog and put his nose in overdrive. If you like casual where kids and dogs fit in well, you will like this place. Lastly, I rarely afford 5 stars, there is always something to improve upon. In this case I was apparently thirsty as I knocked back the Coke Zero in short order three times. Each time a refill was delivered before I had time to register the thought I' was still thirsty. Visited this place on a weekend and while not a huge restaurant, it still would have been useful to have more than 2 people to wait on tables. One of the waitresses had a broken foot making her significantly slower at tending to guests needs. She was sitting down at tables while taking orders and talking to guests about her broken foot. Our order came out wrong and my 6 year olds food still had not arrived by the time everyone else was done eating. Other guests were till waiting for their food but one waitress made sure to have her own food and was unashamedly eating right in front of guests. Both waitresses were very young, there was no manager onsite and neither one had the ability to make a decision without calling a manager on the telephone. When I explained the issues with my food one waitress blamed the other for not putting the order in correctly and proceeded to make a phone call on her personal phone. I had to ask for my bill multiple times and waited at least 10 minutes for both waitresses to figure out how to ring it up. The waitresses are young, likely not very experienced so I don't blame them as much as I blame the lack of management. It wouldn't have been so awful if the food was at least decent, but it wasn't. The food was over priced and over rated. I've had better food and customer service at a McDonald's. read more

Went there around 2pm with the family. Place was not busy which is my favorite time to go eat. I got chicken wings and tater tots and the ladies got hamburgers and fries. The food tasted great. The waiter was friendly and paid attention to us making sure we had refills. The price seemed fair. No reason not to go back or even complain for that matter.FYI.. the place is smaller than the Marietta location so you might want to plan right if you want to eat in. read more

We were visiting our kids tonight and they recommended Cluck n Moo. Although the food tasted good everything from the fries to the burgers was cold!! When I called to let them know they were quick to blame it on Uber! If the salmon had been hot when it was placed on my salad the lettuce would have been wilted... just saying!
