This is the third time I have gone to this Wendy's for breakfast. It opens at 7:30 and my work starts at 8. They are never open at 7:30 and each time I have had to skip breakfast after waiting until 7:40. This is a managerial problem. Wendys is my favorite breakfast and I will continue to get it... just never again at this location! I was stuck behind someone (drive-thru) just chatting it up with the first window clerk, who clearly didn't care if people were waiting behind. I ordered one Dave's single and after waiting 30 minutes I finally get to the second window and my order is bagged and stapled. I get home and my one single burger is a double patty with no lettuce, mayo, pickle, tomato, or onion!!! Nothing but ketchup, meat and cheese. Didn't know it was so difficult to make ONE burger! The downfall of Wendy's should be studied. Implemented AI drive through. Couldn't figure out the word "Biggie" which is funny given it's a menu item. Couldn't figure out the word "couple" when asked for a couple bbq sauces. When I got to the window the guy tried charging me $3.00 for 2.7oz of bbq sauce when there's not even any in the bag for a biggie bag meal. Ordered a number 6 with cheese... part of the reason I get a number 6 is because it doesn't come with pickles. In my experience, the less you change-- the more likely they are to get it correct. I just wanted a number 6 with cheese... I got up to the first window and asked the guy if they made sure they got the cheese on there. He said, no they didn't but he will "run back and tell them" but made it seem like I'm just trying to get free cheese(mind you I haven't paid yet so he could easily have added it) when I get to the second window I say "yall put the cheese on, right?" "Yeah yeah yeah it's on there.".... I get home. No cheese. But guess what it does have? A PILE OF PICKLES!!! I'm not going to be dramatic and say I'm allergic to something I don't care for, it when I say I don't like pickles in chicken-- I might as well be allergic. At 6:30pm on a Saturday, the dining room was locked for no apparent reason. The drive thru was obnoxiously and inexcusably slow... I Believe there were five cars and it took about half an hour just for me to get into the position to order. I ordered the new Honey Hot spicy chicken sandwich. I was told that the restaurant was in "crisis mode" because they couldn't get enough sugar for the soda fountain to work, so drink options were limited. My order was ready in perhaps two minutes which added to make a few never why the heck is it taking so long for the drive thru line to move. My order was wrong. I got a regular spicy chicken sandwich that was covered in mayo and had a bun that upon inspection looked like it had been crushed in the middle. There was also a torn up tomato and two wilted pieces of lettuce. The chicken was rubbery. I did not care to take one more bite. Overall an entirely negative experience. I hope the owner of the franchise is aware of this mismanagement. Also I was charged over $10 and did not receive a receipt. read more

Fanciest Wendy's I've ever been to. Haven't been to Wendy's in at least 7 years. I was starving and recollected that they had Baked potatoes. I first ordered a cheese and bacon potato no bacon. Was soft and cheesy so I ordered another one, they were so delicious. The service was good and the restaurant and bathroom were extremely clean. You need a passcode to get in to the rest room, seems this is kind of a ruff area. I did see a few older gents who were definitely down on their luck and one super sketchy dude So extreme contrast to the interior. Worst service ever. I live near this establishment and on many occasions they've got my order wrong, then they are rude when asked to correct the order. My son is lactose intolerant and I always order him a hamburger plain I even specifically say hamburger with out cheese plain every time and some how they still mess up the order more often than not. Thieves at this location, and Wendy's corporate never got back to me via the online request, I also called the corporate number and sat on hold for 20 minutes before having to hang up. Went through the drive through, they conveniently had a piece of paper taped over the menu ordering board. When we went to pay, it seemed high. Asked to see my receipt, was told it was in the bag. It was buried in the bag, so we didn't like at it at that moment. Especially since they argued with me about getting some sauces. They were rude and unprofessional and when we got home and looked at my receipt they charged me for 4 frosty coupon books. Must of needed to hit a quota. Hiding the screen and receipt and then being rude. I will and have not been back to this location. Then for corporate not to respond to me when I did the review they ask on the receipt to do. Clearly the organization doesn't care about its customers, and that is carrying down to how employees treat them. I've worked at a wendys before.... the lady who took my order here told me she couldn't give me a homestyle chicken wrap unless I ordered two. That was kind of insulting but I let it slide. After I asked what kind of sandwiches came with the 4 for 4, because I couldn't see the menu that well, she copped an attitude. I asked for my Jr frosty to be added on last minute because I forgot I had the key tag and I actually had to argue with the woman. Christ, the customer service is appalling. Wendy's website describes their new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger as a: "Big & Juicy cheeseburger with a sweet & smoky honey mustard sauce, melted cheddar cheese and applewood smoked bacon all on a warm, soft pretzel bun." The product I received was an ice cold, dry beef patty, with barely discernable melted cheddar cheese, NO Honey Mustard, and a Cold, STALE, ROCK-HARD Pretzel Bun. When I drove back to the Wendy's Location, the drive-through attendant literally CLOSED his window and left my hand HANGING OUT THE CAR WINDOW holding the Wendy's Bag after I asked for a refund. When the "Manager" came to the window, there was no apology, just a "Can you tell me what exactly was wrong with this?" So, I listed off everything written above. Her reply was "So... They didn't put honey mustard on it?" Ridiculous. At that point I just drove away. I wasted 45 minutes of my time and my gas driving to that Wendy's because of the positive reviews on Yelp. I left with no sandwich, wasted time, money, and gas, and was treated with employees' bad attitudes and incompetence. read more

The past two times I have been to this Wendy's the drive thru line was really long. This tends to happen later in the evening. Even thought the line was long Adonis, the young man who served me, was very friendly and took the time to make sure that my needs were met. Employees like him are hard to come by, especially in the fast food industry and is a valuable asset to the work team. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Rude service, wrong order, long wait time. The drive thru line was long, so we decided to go inside and order. We ordered quickly, but it took 17 Minutes to receive our food. Which was wrong. When the cashier told the sandwich maker, she started cursing under her breath and throwing stuff around. She clearly thought it was our fault she missed the line item. 5 of the 6 workers simply stood around rather than help correct the mistake or help her. We did not receive the full, correct order for another 7 minutes. At which point we had now been waiting for a full 24 minutes since placing the order. We ordered but the cashier whose name was Ron messed up our order then chastised us for not reading the screen and correcting him. He read it back to us correctly so I assumed all was fine. Let me start by complimenting Wendy's , I like their food . It's the only fast food I will eat so this review isn't about their food . This location is in bad shape and clearly comes from the top down. It took 10 minutes to get to the window to pay and another 5 to eat our food. They weren't busy. They forgot several items and when my fiancé went inside to get the food she waited a few minutes no big deal but she was waiting with someone who apparently lived nearby who was also waiting on "missing food". Here's the thing, the lady knew what we were missing. She said "let me guess, fries and a drink? Yeah they intentionally leave out food and don't give receipts unless you ask so they can do you the service of eating your food for you". The stranger said it happens to her all the time and she would stop coming if there was another restaurant nearby. I would have written it off except when I was at the window they swiped my card in plain view and then handed my card back with no receipt . Ok fair enough so I waited until they gave me my drink and asked for it and she rolled her eyes. She handed me my drink and said "I'll be right back" ..no receipt. We were there for several minutes and when they finally gave me my food I asked again for my receipt and she then reached down to the opposite side of the register and out of my view to grab my receipt. What's odd is I could see their card reader and that means that they threw away my receipt and dug it out of the trash to give it back to me. The same person handling drinks and orders . It's pretty embarrassing and it can't just be that one employee which means management either knows or are inept .
