Never have had a bad experience at this McDonald's. Food and service seems to be always on point. Went through the drive-through and ordered two meals both with Dr. Pepper. At the second window I was handed a large soda (ordered medium) and told the woman. I handed the large soda back and got two medium drinks. I got the food and proceeded to pull away. Before pulling out we both tasted our drinks and one was coke and the other diet-coke. We pulled back to the second window and told them the drinks were incorrect and "the manager" basically told me I had lied and if I wanted two new drinks I needed to purchase them. then back pedaled and said that since we took sips out of them he couldn't exchange them. How am I suppose to know I have the correct drink without taking a sip out of it???? And if it's your mistake by giving me the wrong drink you should have swapped them out. This is by far the best McDonald's service I have ever seen. No matter what time of day I go, no matter how busy they are, all of the staff are super friendly and efficient, great at their jobs. Came here with my daughter for lunch. When we walked in an employee going on break held the door opened for us and told us to enjoy our meal which was very polite and professional of him. The employee that brought us our food was very sweet and created us at the table with a smile and kind words. The reason for 2 stars is the employee at the counter. Instead of taking our order the employee continued a conversation with another person. After 3 minutes of that and constant glances my way with a glare i went ahead and used the electronic menu that was behind us. Pure complacency due to a few electronics. This has to be the friendliest McDonald's I've ever visited. They were super busy on a weekday morning, but everybody had time to be cheery and polite.
