Terribly long wait at 3:00 in the afternoon. Very unorganized, no idea of doing things efficiently. Waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes and it never moved; parked and went inside--OMG. If my wife had not had her heart set on Wendy's---I would have left when I saw the drive thru line going nowhere. They almost got the order right---so they get one star. No concept of how to communicate with customers. Bathroom dirty as expected. Food was okay---but the wrappers around both burgers were haphazardly put on and the burgers were sliding out. Traveling & got to Dublin around 10:45pm. We got hungry after being on the road & saw that Wendy's didn't close for another hour and fifteen minutes. So we got to the drive thru and one of the girls said that their card machine wasn't working. (We're hungry, We didn't have cash so we went to the Circle K next door to get cash out to go back & order.) We pull up to the window again. Same girl says the same thing & we say "okay, thank you for letting us know." & we proceeded to order. She interrupted & said with attitude, "Are you using cash ?? Because that's all we're taking." We said, yes & she said "Fine, what do you want?" During the whole order she was very frustrated with her tone in voice. We got to the window to see upset workers running around frustrated & angry. I don't think they knew that we could hear them talking but they were saying things like "I'm so p*ssed", "F*cking stupid" & more foul statements. More people pulled up to the drive thru to order & the workers got even more upset. We didn't get acknowledged at the window for @ least 8 minutes. Keep in mind, we were the first ones to order on this slow night before a line started to form. Finally, the girl opens the window & completes our cash transaction. She told us to move up past the window while we wait for our food to be made. Again...with attitude. We waited for about 15-20 minutes for 2 meals... I'm sorry, but after reading the reviews for the quality of the food seemed like this place was absolutely disgusting !!! With how upset these people were, I was scared thinking they were going to spit in our food. In fact, I'm just not gonna eat the food @ all. I can't eat it after thinking about all the gross things people who left reviews for the past 8 years have been saying. Word of advice for the people working here.. I get it. Work can be tough, but if you don't like what you do...LEAVE. It would be better for yourself & the people who are simply just there to order food. Find something that you truly enjoy. Waited in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes. It wasn't even that busy. After we paid, the drive thru team member disappeared for more than 10 minutes. Once we received our food, we had to flag her down for straws and ketchup. Burgers were cold and fries luke warm. Will definitely not go back. Customer service was good to me. The place was busy around 1:30 Friday afternoon. I got a four piece nugget and a vanilla frosty. The frosty was good. My chicken nuggets were cold but I did not send them back I went ahead and ate them along with some honey mustard sauce. My friend ordered a small fries and a chocolate frosty. Her fries were cold. As we were standing in the line, a guy brought back his sandwich and told them it was wrong. They scrapped of the wrong ingredients and gave it back to him. I ordered the homestyle chicken sandwich meal & my fiance order the son of the baconator meal. My Fry's tasted old like they have been cooked for a good while. This place is terrible, I went tonight at 8:16 sat in line for 45 minutes (I was in no rush.) order something very simple, I had asked for no ice and when she (I didn't get a receipt so I don't know her name but she was short with twist working drive through.) handed me my drink it had ice and I told her I had no ice and she snatched it from me and threw it really hard and started cussing and screaming saying this "stupid bitch" and I waited another 5 minutes at this time it's already 9:20 and a young boy comes to the window hands me my drink and goes there's only four of us working and I said okay and she ran off with my credit card so I had to wait even longer for my card back. I eat at this Wendy's about two Saturdays per year; once on the way to Hilton Head Island from Atlanta and once the way back. This is your typical 3 star Wendy's, but they get reduced to 2 stars for their long lines. The location of this Wendy's off of I-16 in Dublin combined with a lack of better options in the area make it a convenient lunch time stop on Saturdays for touristas heading to/returning from vacation. FYI...many check ins/outs for vacation rentals along the South Carolina and Georgia coasts are on Saturday. The lines, both inside and for drive-thru, are always very long and the restaurant doesn't move through them very quickly. The drive-thru line moves faster than the line inside, so if you must stop here, use the drive-thru. The food here is no better or worse than an average Wendy's, but I'd avoid it between the hours of 11:30 - 2:00 on a Saturday unless you like waiting. I'd recommend sacrificing taste and going to the nearby McDonald's or Burger King. read more

I am so done with Wendy's on Hwy.441 south.The past 3 times we been to this location our order was either wrong or we were missing items. Today was the last straw, we ordered the avocado chicken sandwich, no avocado anywhere at all.We also ordered 3 cheeseburgers plain, we got fries with two of the burgers and ketchup on all three, we also got a sweet tea....we ordered un-sweet. Was at the Wendy's just off I16. The health department should stop in there. The girl that took our order and handled our cash, and other people's cash, was also picking up the food with her dirty hands, that also had long fake fingernails, and putting it in the paper bags. I watched as her hand touched all of the French fries with her ungloved dirty hands. Obviously the employees do not know anything about cleanliness and I suppose the owner and managers don't either as they they haven't trained the employees properly. I told a friend about this and was told that this is a health violation and that they should be reported. We're used to much better service at Wendy's restaurants in general. Went through the drive through for one combo order & a 4-for-4 meal. Service time was excellent. Baconator & cheeseburger were good. Potato was old but edible. Worst part was the service at the window by the drive thru employee. She was rude, had a nasty attitude & you could tell she just wanted us out of there. She practically tossed the two bags in our lap through the car window. She missed a lot of condiments & when we tried to ask her about it she just dismissed us & was not going to try to make things right. She forgot a straw, didn't give us bbq sauce for the nuggets & didn't give us the right sweetner for my tea. I had to go back in to get sour cream for my potato & get a different drink since she lied to me & told me she had Splenda when we originally ordered. We should have looked at the reviews before we went there because according to Google, a bad attitude is a prerequisite to working here. I will NEVER come back to this Wendy's again. read more

We stopped in here around 9pm during a road trip to use the restroom and for a quick snack. The bathrooms were frightening at best - the sewage smell was horrible and it permeated right into the dining room. Yuck. After using the restroom, I came out and there was one guy in front of me the employee took his order then walked away never to be seen again. I'm not sure if she went in the back to make his food? This is probably the most disgusting place I've eaten at. First off the cleanliness. This place is not cleaned very often by the looks of it. When you sit down you can already tell the tables are full of crumbs, has spilled drinks, and left over fry's. Some times there are full meals left over. To add on, the chairs we sticky and crumbs were there too. Also, the bathroom toilets had pink rings around them and the space is just so small. This was by far my worst restaurant experience ever. To begin, the cashier had a horrible attitude. Then the order was completely messed up. Kid's milk missing, wrong count nuggets (by cashier), fries instead of apples. The fries were cold. The apples were brown. Took them back. More attitude. (Yes, I was being nice.) I don't know whether all Wendy's are like this, but I ordered a lemonade for one of my kids, and instead of giving us a normal small cup to fill ourselves, they filled a cup just slightly smaller with a big hole in it (like one used for a sundae)!
