I had the mixed beef and chicken hibachi, grilled veggies (broccoli, mushrooms, onions), and extra noodles. 18.95 for the hibachi, 6.75 for veggies, 4.50 for the noodles, maybe a little expensive, but prices may be higher on the delivery apps and it was a LARGE portion. I was about to comment that it would be nice to have the option to order meat and noodles rather than so much rice--then realized they do have that option with the yakisoba section on the menu. In fact, they have the option to order a meat/noodle/veggie yakisoba dish 18.95-19.95, which would have saved me a lot of money as opposed to ordering all those individual dishes. Meat was tender and moist. Veggies well seasoned and grilled. Noodles hit the spot. Overall, I got two meals out of this (and I'm not a rice person, so I didn't really eat it, so it could probably be stretched into more). They also have a large selection of sushi, steak/chicken/seafood bowls, and entrees. Standard hibachi place, but overall solid, and in a remote place like Dublin, GA, it's a nice choice to have. I order takeout from here every once and a while. I treat myself to three sushi rolls, which seems a bit excessive, and it is... But it's also delicious. I made a mistake this time though. I had to pickup my car from the shop and by the time I got to picking up my food after work, it has been sitting there a pretty minute. If you know anything about sushi, you know it's best fresh. It was still very good, but some of the tempura had started to cool, and that was 100% my fault. Learn from my mistake. Pickup your sushi order on time. Happy eating! read more

My boys and I had a wonderful lunch today at Kobe. I would actually say 4.5 stars if possible. I had the Steak Express Bowl and added some Yum Yum on top, it was full of steak and mushrooms over a bed of fried rice and it was delicious! I also had a house roll that included tuna, krab and eel sauce and it is only like $5.95, so a great bargain too for such a delicious roll. My youngest son had the Steak Yakisoba Hibachi with grilled veggies. Let me tell you the veggies were incredible and the steak was perfectly cooked. And last was my oldest son who had the Pink Rose Roll, which I didn't get to try since he was guarding it so fiercely. I would have to say this means it must have been pretty good. lol! You should def give them a try! Well worth it!!! read more

We ordered 4 sushi rolls for takeout, and they were delicious! We got the black dragon roll, red dragon roll, spicy tuna roll, and spicy crab roll. The black dragon roll was my favorite. I like that you can order through the website, although I wish the website menu indicated which rolls were cooked vs raw. As a pregnant woman, I had to cross reference with a photo of the menu that I found on Google in order to know what was safe for me to eat. But my husband and I were overall impressed with the freshness and will definitely eat from here again! read more

I'm so excited when new places open up here, and I bookmarked this place as soon as I was notified that it was open!!! Great Japanese take-out... The space is rather small, but decorated very nicely!!! The staff were nice and friendly. The reason for coming to try this food #1: The sushi: I tried the Super salmon roll, and it was worth it and more!!! My only concern is that it includes fish eggs and it's not listed in the description. #2: The tempura: It was the worst I ever tried, the batter was entirely too heavy. #3: The stir-fry: It was delicious, and comparable to most in the city. They also offer flounder and salmon hibachi dishes... I look forward to trying them!!! In the meantime I just love having options. read more

I have ate here several times, and the food is alright but the workers... The one making the sushi was wearing slides with NO socks and also one of the other women workers as well. That is a liability hazard, but also very inappropriate for a food establishment. That is not appropriate attire to wear when dealing with food. read more

Yay! New restaurant! My expectations were ripped apart after walking through the doors. I was expecting another hibachi-sushi take out joint but Kobe goes above and beyond. Casual but modern interior complete with mood lighting and leather seating. Electronic menu above the register but there are paper ones as well. Everything I have tried has been above my expectations. I'm usually not a big sushi eater but the sushi I've had here, especially with eel and mayo sauces, are delicious. The hibachi dishes are tasty; chicken isn't dry and the rice isn't sticky and dry, but instead moist and flavorful. Dumplings have a good flavor and don't taste like they've been fried in the same grease as fish. Love the atmosphere. Love that you have a view of the hibachi grill and sushi station. Food has good presentation and the staff is friendly. Keep it up! read more

This place came highly recommended by the 2 guys at TJ Maxx. I was a little apprehensive at first but it was delicious. It was surprisingly (and thankfully) pretty darn good for the middle of nowhere! Ate there tonight and enjoyed the meal: we ordered three different entrees (chicken bowl, chicken yakisoba and steak/chicken entree) and liked what we had. This place is totally average. The hibachi steak was tough, the sauce sweet and salty- not what I wanted. The yakisoba noodles are not traditional yakisoba more like spaghetti drenched in grease. The sushi is totally a waste. The roll I got that was supposed to be wrapped in fish and avocado-- I got 2 pieces of tuna on top. I get that it's $8.25 and the quality reflects it. This place is a glorified Panda Express. My boyfriend is of the same opinion. The rice he got was incredibly soft and had little flavor to it and no egg whatsoever. The food was pretty good for a fast food restaurant, but we won't return. I sent my granddaughter in to pick up our order. The staff was busy bagging up orders, and my granddaughter wanted to make sure she picked up the right bag. She asked the girl who took my hard earned money if this was our order. Her response was, "Duh!" We live out of town, and my granddaughter did not tell me this until we returned home. Good for fast Japanese. Little Tokyo is obviously better but the price is so much better here! The whole family thinks it's yummy! I heard the owners are very rude to the staff though, I saw some messages from the owner to the workers on Facebook that were posted and I was disappointed this makes me view the restaurant differently. Come here quite often. The girl at the counter usually isn't friendly, but haven't seen her recently. I recently had an order error and it was fixed promptly. They even gave 5$ off without even complaining. All and all, the better hibachi express restaurant in Dublin read more
