My experience began like most: A late night craving for the newly returned spicy chicken nuggets, large with honey mustard and water. I answer their questions before they even ask. Upon our timely arrival at the window i couldn't help but remark at how white and sparkling clean the interior was. I watched as the employee put together my meal with sauce and all. He handed me the bag but before driving away he asked if i wanted the spicy nuggets to which i responded in the affirmative and tried to hand the bag back before he stopped me and said to keep the regulars he mistakingly gave me and gave me a full 10 piece of spicy nuggets with more sauce. I drove away with 20 nuggets and a perfectly executed order and service experience. My husband who was with me was undecided on his food choice so we drove to Taco Bell, looking at the menu for a moment he decided nothing filled his food craving shaped void. Settling on Fuji we thought we had reached our final destination. After ordering, the machine refused to accept his card. Disappointed, he drove away. Shortly after the Wendy's sign relit the horizon like a full moon. Her red braids like the shooting stars. Pulling back in we were greeted by another friendly face, a women. An even shorter wait time was greeted by enthusiastic excitement for our dog who she identified correctly as a female, mind you in the dark this was especially noteworthy. She apologized to her for not having treats but promised some in just the short few months away at Christmas time. Our Wendy's employee promised to be my dogs only perception of Santa. The staff who are currently there are working really hard to provide you the right service to you in Dine in and through Drive thru . But because of limited staff , please be Patient with the the Employee who are working double time to provide you with awesome customer service to you . To the bad reviews on here , I ask you this . This new Wendy's is clean, modern, and spacious inside. The staff were very friendly and the food was hot and fresh. It was a tasty meal for just a few bucks and a good stop on our road trip. Slightly slower service than some other fast food places, but 100% worth it. Connected to a gas station. read more

I don't even think they are ever open. Every time I come here, they have a trash can in the drivethru blocking it off and the doors are locked with employees just chilling inside. I have always loved this Wendy's. It is on the side of a gas station, right at the exit of 85 and exit 63. I have not been in, I have always gone through drive-through. I've never had any issues, and the food has always been good. Their apple salad is excellent. read more

gave me a reg chicken sandwich instead of whatever new one they are advertising with the pickles. 15 mins in the dt with only two cars in front of me. which is the managers problem. not the reg staff that is most likely underpaid. but what the staff did was call diet coke coke zero. which it IS NOT and saying that can land someone in the hospital because of allergies. also don't advertise diet dr pepper on your menu board when you dont have it which also isnt the workers fault. read more

Their own website states that the restaurant and drive through are 24 hour. This is entirely false. The drive through is closed at or around 10 pm every night. The dining room itself closes at 2am. Is there anyone we can contact about this shady practice? I work 3rd shift close by and a restaurant like this would be very welcome in a place where everything shuts down at 9pm...if Wendy's actually sold food at the times advertised. read more

I was 12 hours into a 16 hour road trip and pulled into this Wendy's for fries and a bathroom break. The lights are dim and the employees are standing outside. My boyfriend asked them if they were open (most of the signs weren't on), and they say yes and as he's rolling up the window to shut the car off one of them calls him a dumbass because our car is apparently parked in front of their "open 24 hours" banner, which is barely visible because of the dimmed lights.
